This is a great place to stay the first time I stayed here I had some minor issues but I feel they were taken care of. This trip the room was clean comfortable and the staff was very friendly and made sure we had anything we needed. I will be staying here again and will recommend this place.

The good thing about the hotel is that it was next to the Island in Pigeon Forge. I think this hotel could use a lot of updates. It had an damp smell from water damage I presume. I think for the price it needed lots of TLC. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. It is pretty on the outside but not on the inside. The bathrooms need updates as well.

Really enjoyed our stay and the room was great especially with the parade coming right by the hotel. The refreshed look was very appealing to the eye. Would recommend to family and friends as a great place to stay. A lot of places were within walking distance from the hotel which was also nice.

Where to start bad place to stay. We tried to stay in a suit room. On the way to the room we had to pass by a pile of AC units stuck in a corner I guess broken down. We take a elevator to third floor that keeps jumping. We get to room finding floors dirty, dresser broken, and light baulbs burnt out also door nobs to restrooms broken. We went and told staff he said he was pass the info on. um ok when we went back to room in the evening we went to fold out the hidaway bed (that we needed one of the reasons we booked this room) it was broken with springs from the mattress pooping out. We went back down to office to see if they could switch out the bed and he said they didn't have any and would have to place a order online for one. Wow. We decided to try and make things work. When getting in bed there was food crumbs in the bed. We didn't eat anything in the room. Now I'm a little upset but tired and had a funeral the next morning to go to. While I was asleep I wake to hear water pouring out of the ceiling to find out the toilet upstairs backedup with no toilet paper in it. And gushes down stairs all over our tooth brushes. That was the last straw we went down and checked out early and found another hotel cheaper then the $140 a night there

I booked this room for a special anniversary trip. However, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We had the king suite which was supposed to have a fireplace. There was no fireplace. The ceiling had leak stains. The walls had large white patches. Then there was the bathroom. Completely nasty. A nasty mat was in the bathtub itself. I tried to remove it because it was so dirty. Mold existed under that mat. Also, neither the TV or the AC unit worked properly. I should have known I was in trouble when the front desk clerk told me "The policy here is that if you break it, you bought it". When loading our luggage into the car to leave, the cleaning guy approached us to ask which room we were in and if we were leaving. That wasn't so bad, but a little odd. We will not be repeat visitors as this place made me look like a fool to my wife. We could hear word for word conversations from the rooms beside us.
