Originally planned to stay at Radisson. There was an issue that Reserve Direct corrected and placed us in Thousand Oaks. There is no comparison. It is fantastic.

Location was good, but the condo felt more like a hotel room than a comfy place. There were no items to make it feel homey. The ceiling is very thin, we could hear the people upstairs very well and there were kids running the whole time. Will not request number 2A at Royal Links again. Definitely get an upper floor for peace and quiet.

We stayed in the Thousand Hills Condo unit #8 building 2. It was a 4 bed, 4 bathroom unit. It had everything we needed. There were eight adults and we were able to enjoy together time and "alone" time. It was very convenient to the strip. Five minutes to dinning and most of the shows. The view was spectacular. For the owners we found a few things that would enhance the unit: towel bars at the sinks, grab bars or mats in the shower/tubs and a timer for the outside lights. Hoping they would dim after 10 p.m. or so but they didn't. Also the dominos were a mixed set with no instructions but we made it work. We learned to form our own rules and work with the mixed sets. We love playing games but only one adult game in the cabinet. We travel with games so had other options. Instructions for how the heat works would also benefit future guest. Instructions for the remotes would also help. When there is more than one... confusion enters. Overall we loved the unit and it was enjoyed by all of the occupants.

Lovely 2 bed 2 bath condo in The Foothills complex. Everything you need for a comfortable stay (towels, toiletries, paper goods, etc ). So nice to rent & not have to bring all that with you. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy & homey. Close to all attractions & easy access. Even an enclosed sun porch where we could sit & enjoy the golfers in comfort. We were even able to save big on show tickets with their Platinum Experience package. This company provides a quality product. We look forward to our next visit!

After choosing this resort a few trips ago, w can't stay anywhere else. The Condo's are really nice, we love the cabins! We have stayed in both. Very pleasant and prompt on any issues you might have. The cabins are in a great location, easy to get around. A short drive to the outlets and shows. Extremely clean! Will definitely be back!!
