"Loved it"

Originally planned to stay at Radisson. There was an issue that Reserve Direct corrected and placed us in Thousand Oaks. There is no comparison. It is fantastic.

"Reunion Lodge at Thousand Hills"

My family of 17 booked the 10 bedroom lodge at Thousand Hills Golf Resort and we had a wonderful time. I had expectations of what the house would look like like but was pleasantly surprised when we entered our vacation home that the house looked exactly like the pictures. The house was huge!!! There were 3 levels in the house, each floor has multiple bedrooms with private bathrooms and some of the rooms have daybeds in them in addition to the king beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and we did not expect them to be that comfy! The house has two floors of outdoor seating which was really nice when you just didn't want to be inside the house and wanted some fresh air. The kitchen was huge with two large stainless steel refrigerators/freezers and two dishwashers. The lower level also had a kitchenette. The house sits right behind a golf course which was cool to watch people play golf early in the morning. The house was very clean when we arrived, but a suggestion would be for the cleaning service to look behind dressers as it was disturbing to find a used adult diaper behind the dresser in one of the rooms. The house comes with smart tv's so you can access Netflix/Hulu if you wanted to, just be sure to remove your account from the tv before leaving as there were several open user accounts still logged into the tv's that we were watching in our house. The washer/dryer came in handy for drying towels after using the pool. I would suggest bringing additional pots/skillets if you plan on cooking for the family as there are only a few there for you to use. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils as well as dish towels and bath towels. There were a few things we had to locate on our own, so fyi there are extra towels and pillows in the hall closets as well as the broom and mop. The house was a good choice for our family and we have all been talking about returning to Branson soon and staying in "our house". One suggestion that would make the house even better: Please consider putting a chair in the bedrooms, the beds are high and it is difficult to sit up that high to put on socks and shoes. Other than that, the house was absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to returning to House #4. Until Next Time......

The fairways and greens were perfect. The course is managed very well. Friendly front office. The course was beautiful and challenging....had enough par 3s to get over the longer holes. Lots of fun. Approach shots often were over hazards, but generally close enough to use higher clubs.

"Highly recommend staying in one of the cabins!!"

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. My wife wanted a quiet, peaceful retreat type vacation. The 1Khills cabins were that and more!! We stayed in a single room cabin. Room was large, clean and had everything that we could possibly have needed. Full kitchen with all utensils (including pizza cutter), dish soap to clean dishes BEFORE use, large double headed soaker shower, large two person hot tub, king size bed, full couch (which converted to queen bed), small washer and dryer (with one Tide for washing). We had neighbors (duplex style cabin) but never heard them. There were cabins about 30 feet away, but the area felt very secluded. Yes, the cost is a bit more than a standard condo but it was worth every penny more. We can't wait to go back!!!

Excellent Vacation stay! We rented a 2 BR cabin with loft. Everything was perfect, the cabins were super clean, well repaired, nicely located. The cabin was ready early, they provided extra towels, directions to shows, shoppes etc....Everyone in the office was friendly and responsive. This is our 4th time at the Cabins, we will return.

"Poor Management"

Arrived and noticed no hot water, cable in one of the bedrooms not working, ice maker wasn’t working, light bulbs out in many of the fixtures and one of my guest injured themselves and management never called to make sure everything was okay after I contacted the front desk then went to speak with manager they didn’t know what time she would be in. Then filled out an incident report and still haven’t heard from no one in the company. I have never seen such poor management.
