"The best feature in NYC!"
March 2016
My husband and I attended this broadway the first week of March 2016. We were a little skeptical as our favorite version of the show is the 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. We were NOT disappointed with this broadwAy production in NYC. It was everything we expected and more and loved every minute of it. We purchased our tickets through Reserve NYC and got 2nd row seats for discounted prices!

July 2015
The Phantom of the Opera is my all time favorite play and to have an opportunity to see it center stage just a couple of rolls back in New York City on Broadway is an experience like no other and I will remember this always. Couldn't have gotten this great seat if it hadn't been for reserve new york.

"My Favorite Musical"

Phantom has been my favorite musical since 2004, when I first went to watch the show. This was before I watched the movie version, which is slightly different from the stage version. The story and the music is very good. I give it four stars because I feel some of the technical parts of the show could use some updating such as the chandelier.

"Great show, great effects but real problem with audio"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

It's a shame, the songs in this show are amazing and powerful. But you just could not hear the lyrics partly because of the actors but mainly because the audio was so quiet - and we were right next to the speakers. Me and husband often looked at each other asking "what did they say?". Unfortunately, this was my husband's first - we will have to go see it elsewhere at some point so he can experience how powerful and amazing of a show it can be -maybe West End (definitely worth it - these Broadway ticket prices are unnecessarily extortionate). Also, as a small side note, the phantom came across as a little camp. I often laughed in places where it should be serious and dramatic.... I think camp is the last thing the phantom should be - very strange.
