Premium King was perfect. Request a view of 44th street. Champagne in the room to help us celebrate was a nice touch. Use the concierge. Vanessa was very helpful. Our location was perfect for walking to theaters, Times Square, and fine restaurants. Pack an umbrella just in case of rain.

"Terrible! "

Have stayed in NYC many many times and yes we are all used to the fact Hotel rooms are smaller in NY. Arrived 830pm for what should have been a 7 night stay. The room was so bad that the next morning at 5am I had to call my company travel team to move me out. The door opened onto the bed and what was meant to be a window was a brick wall. What they called a room was little more then a closet/box! Not even a dog would be expected to stay in such a room. Once I shows the travel team the pictures they could my believe the “prison cell”. When I checked out I was not even asked why I was leaving and cancelling my stay! Says it all! And have made sure our corporate travel company are aware no one should be booked in such a place!
