Lucked into the Iroquois for last night in NYC. Very friendly staff. Gracious and helpful check-in. Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Lots of cool bars and restaurants (shout out for Lambs Club across the street) on the block and in the area.

"Nice Stay"

Lovely hotel - will be even more so upon completion of their renovation project. They are currently undergoing a major renovation to the lobby and restaurant so the front lobby is a temporary setup. It is nicely set up in the small space they have to temporarily occupy and the foyer smells delightful. We were on the 6th floor and were never disturbed by any noise or disruption due to the construction/renovation. The hotel and staff did a great job of keeping that closed off and unnoticeable. The staff were amazing - 11 out of 10 for everyone we came in contact with! Front desk, bell desk, concierge and management were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough about the personnel!

My wife and I were very happy with the overall quality and experience at the Iroquois. It was our twelfth anniversary and we were delighted with the ambiance, cleanliness and service provided. The lobby is undergoing a renovations, so the lobby is has been temporarily relocated to the area of the Triomphe restaurant adjacent. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.

The room is clean but the hotel service is quite bad. Room is not ready when I arrived, which is way after 3 pm. Front desk is not helpful and even don't know how to check out. Some of the staff are even rude.
