I paid for my husband to get a flight lesson with this company and instead all he got was a tour! When I called to explain That he didn’t get what he paid for, the customer service guy told me that there was nothing he could do. My husband never got his flight lesson!

My friends bought this as a Christmas present for me. My flight instructor, Emily, was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We flew in a Cessna 172 out over Tampa Bay and had a beautiful view of the islands up the coast.

"Great experience. A+"

We had a young lady, Casey K as our flight instructor on a single engine cessna discovery flight. She was meticulous and extremely knowledgeable, she taught me and my Mother exactly how every part of the plane worked, and why it worked the way it did. My mother was flying, and I was the passenger, and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. My Mother was scared, could barely get her to walk in the door to the airport as she was so nervous- but Casey made her feel extremely comfortable and was experienced to the point my mom wasn't worried at all. The liftoff and the landing were extremely smooth. A+ Experience, will certainly get this again for a gift. Also- I found out about them on groupon ($100 discovery flight) and then called them to see if they'd match that deal so I could give them more of the profit compared to Groupon and they happily obliged.

I received this as a gift from a daughter as I had mentioned one day that I had never flown in a small plane and would like to see the coast from 2000 feet, I have to say, the service of the facility, the pilot was just outstanding, his knowledge of the aircraft and he explained everything that was taking place, it was an awesome ride, THANK YOU Tampa Bay Aviation.
