GoJump was born in Oceanside California with the overriding ambition to give the safest Skydiving experiences in the most wonderful locations. In Oceanside, we serve the San Diego and Los Angeles Area as well as further afield.

Once we were happily completing 25,000 Tandem Skydives in Oceanside annually with excellent feedback from our valued customers we decided to spread our wings.

We now have locations in Santa Cruz and Las Vegas where we offer the same great adventure to all customers in the San Francisco and Las Vegas area.

Frequently Asked Questions about Skydiving Las Vegas

Are there height, weight, and age restrictions to jump?
Yes. Guests may not exceed 240 lbs. There is a $20 surcharge for guests weighing between 220 lb and 229 lb, and a $40 surcharge for those weighing between 230 lb and 240 lb.

Guests must also be at least 18 years of age.

Can pregnant women participate?
No.

Can I jump solo?
No. All skydivers will jump tandem with a professional skydiver.

What equipment is used?
For the ultimate safety and comfort of each guest, Skydiving Las Vegas uses:
  • American made parachute equipment.
  • Dual control, letting our clients fly their parachute.
  • Airtec onboard backup computers – proven leader.
  • Strict logging with dedicated in house maintenance team.

What type of plane is used?
Skydiving Las Vegas uses a PAC-750XL turboprop.

Is hotel transportation provided?
Guests are picked up at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino South entrance. Other hotels may be arranged with advance notice. Please refer to the phone number on your ticket to organize pick-up times and locations.

What should I eat? 
Eat something light before you arrive as jumping on an empty or full stomach is not advised.

What do I wear? 
Wear comfortable clothing and lace-up athletic shoes; no boots or sandals are allowed.

Can I get a video or pictures of my jump? 
Yes, media services are available.

How long does the skydive last? 
The free-fall lasts approximately 3-45 seconds and the parachute ride is approximately 5-7 minutes.

What if the weather is bad? 
There is normally over 300 days of sunshine in Las Vegas, but if there are high winds, low clouds or rain it can prevent a jump. Communication will be made leading up to the jump to make sure everyone has the best opportunity to make a skydive.
