"Six Flags MD ; Amazing Amusement Park"
June 2019
Overall, this trip was excellent. We got there around 9 AM, and we found there to be very short lines everywhere. The tickets were priced extremely well from Tripster, around 30% or so off the actual price, since Six Flags charges a "Convenience Fee" for whatever reason. The food there left a bit more to be hoped for, although the options were fairly vast. The rides were excellent and the people there were very helpful. Waterpark is also amazing, with a giant Wavepool and huge slides.

Tip: Get there early and go on Firebird and Batwing as soon as you get there. The lines get really long later in the day.

This was such a lovely escape for your family. Great treat from my sister's family. So there is a tip - go with others to maximise on the fun! Took 2 hours to get there from New Jersey and it was hot but worth it. Tip 2 - buy dinner before 8pm that's when they close. Tip 3. Stay hydrated and bring hats. Buy the $20 unlimited drinks option. It's worth it. Tip 4. Leave your jewelry and excess baggage at home. Tip 5. Bring strollers (with shades) for the kiddos - you will walk around a lot! Tip 6. Bring spare change of clothing and bathing suits for the kids. Tip . Plan to spend the entire day here! Pricey but worth it!
