"Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and a complete ripoff."

We booked 3 hours tour and despite explaining to the guide that I have done Segway before over 20 times. we wasted almost an hour from our time with the guide claiming that he is training us in car park and at our own expense! Also the guide ended up getting us back early and not even honoring the full time that we have paid for. When I brought this up with them, including their manager, they were not at all professional nor fair in the way they handled the case. This is the worst ever experience that I have ever had for a Segway and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Complete disappointment.

To be fair, I was all set to give these guys a nasty review, since my experience with the website, booking process and customer service person (including an argument with the manager) was very poor. BUT it was an awesome tour!! And the tour guide, Darin, was FANTASTIC!! We did the sunset tour and it was really really great. Pricey, but worth the money.

"Way too much wasted time"

This was our fifth Segway ride and the worst of all of them. Way too much paperwork. We had to sign our lives away. Training was in a very small area and took way too long. Even with all the training, we had three bad falls. Even the guide ran into a tree. Not sure if it was the age of the group or the lousy course. Way too much on and off sidewalks. Tour was advertised on the ship as a three hour tour. Two hours on driving to the segways (the shop is a mile from the tender port and across the Main Street), paper work and training and less than an hour on the ride. Would never do again.
