"Best Western? Best Resort Western"
August 2016
This resort is more like home away from home. The rooms are more like a town house in which it feels like home. I would diffenitly stay here again the resort was on top of everything. Very clean updated and everything you could possibly need on vacation.

"Good but needs work"

Didn't receive cleaning or towels on day 1. Called and they brought towels. They don't have wash clothes only received 4 one time that week even after asking. They have bath towels, rugs, and medium hand towels. Socks and feet were very black from the floors even on day 1. Looks like haven't mopped well in a while. Throughout the whole week there we didn't get the floors swept. Don't like seeing crumbs in the kitchen and living room. Cleaning only consisted of new big towels, making beds, and trash.
3 bedroom villa was nice with small kitchen corner and living room. It accommodated our family and was near attractions. Staff was nice. Will look for cleaner and more spacious kitchen living area next time.

A very average choice in hotels. The price however was good for our budget and since we didn't stay longer than 5 days at Disney we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. The pool and grounds were great for our kids. The pond, fountains and basketball court were a great idea but the front desk only had one basketball available and it was flat. Overall it was a very average experience.

"It's a gem! Nice little condos!"
April 2016
I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The grounds are beautiful with creeks and moss in the trees. My daughter really liked the playground. The two bedroom was spacious with the living, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs had another bath & two bedrooms (1 King & 2 double beds). This is great for a family of six and close to the Disney parks. If your looking to stay on Irlo Bronson, this a good choice.

I booked this place thinking it was the other Saratoga springs treehouse and it was not. I read all the reviews and I panicked because I said this is going to be a bad resort n nasty, and I fear germs. Well viewers it turned out quiet the opposite. It was exceptionally clean and very nice. The staff and housekeeping was great. My air thermostat was not working and maintenance fixed it in five minutes. I love this resort and I had an awesome time. I recommend. This stay and I was there 7 days. Will return again it was great.

"Yuck! Stay away!"

Bugs and ants in room! They were in my food I left an the counter. I had to throw it all away. Someone was going to call me back to figure out how to compensate me..They sprayed only the kitchen sink for bugs! Um, how bought the rest of the place? Moldy cutting board! Manger just dismissed us like we were causing a scene. The whole place smelled like weed. I hear it’s legal in Florida guess? I stayed at another resort half my vacation! The entire place was run down and falling apart all the way down to the duck taped remote! Sheets ripped? Top sheet over the comforter? That’s new? The rings on the side tables were from the last occupants. Save yourself and stay somewhere else.

"Universal friends and family trip"

The staff were friendly and accommodating but this was not a 4 star hotel. The carpets, drapes, Linens and towels were threadbare. The paint was peeling throughout, the cabinets were flimsy and loose. There were minimal pans to cook with. The outside looked like a trailer park, stained furniture, table and cabinets unclean. We had to suspend our stay and move elsewhere.

"So So Disappointing!"

We recently spent a week at Saratoga during our month long vacation in Florida with another couple . I had researched this resort back in May since it offered three bedrooms and we had two more friends coming to visit for a week . The reviews were decent , the rating was over 4 and the pictures looked quite nice . I had also called the resort back in May to request an oven( not all 3 bedrooms have an oven just to stove-top ) and to confirm there was a table for eating for 6 . Upon arriving it looked very nice with tropical landscaping , small lakes throughout the property , a boardwalk , comfortable chairs out front with Caribbean music playing and a very nice lobby which looked newly renovated . We had to wait for a bit to get checked in which was fine . it was relaxing to sit out front and listen to music . When we finally got to our villa I was taken back when I opened the door , very dated, dusty , dark and dingy , cupboard doors off hinges, broken chair , patio chairs and flooring were disgusting , Patio door did not slide , remote did not work ceiling fan broken ,both toilets were running . The whole unit was very dusty , carpet throughout the units very stained and musty and you could smell the mold. So unimpressed The living room/kitchen was so small with only four chairs , not even sure how we were going to accommodate 6 people in the villa .The table was only a counter against the wall that could fit 2 .They had very limited kitchen supplies in the unit so actually ended up going to Dollar General for knifes , colander, scissors, some dishes etc. There was no kettle and a coffee pot for one only. This unit was suppose to sleep 6-8 and we only had 4 large plates - go figure We ended up bringing in the patio chairs to use and when I asked to have two more for the patio I was told they did not have any extra chairs available . The pool was very small compared to the pictures and only had 12 chairs for all the villas . there should have been at least another 25- 30 chairs plus.( heated pool ) While both showers worked fine both had handles that felt they were going to break off at any time We considered leaving and trying to get a new place but trying to get your money back and actually find a another place would not be easy . Having said that the upstairs bedrooms were very large , both bathrooms were very very tight but satisfactory . I will give credit where credit is due - the front desk was so friendly and great to deal with and the maintenance crew ( especially George) were so prompt for everything- It took three days to get everything fixed including putting in a new ceiling fan ( twice) I loved the coffee every morning from 7- 11 and we really liked being close to many restaurants and shopping including groceries stores . The unit was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff were great , although limited in speaking English. there were no wine glasses in the unit and one of the housekeeping staff brought us 6 from her home / Would I stay there again or recommend - not at all . It is to bad the manager would not be on top of this . It would not take a lot to upgrade everything - the location and setting is very nice So disappointed with everything - actually a bit stressful wondering what was going to break down next , it certainly put a downer on our week. the other three resorts were stayed at were all very nice . Would never recommend until major improvements are completed . Probably the worst resort I have ever stayed at .

We had 4 people travelling together. The villas were amazing. We booked the 1 king 2 doubles. There were 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. Downstairs there was a second bathroom with shower. There is a full kitchen including a dishwasher, dishes and pots and pans. A living room downstairs had a pullout couch, a large tv and a table. The patio looked over a river with bridges. There is a restaurant and bar. It is a short walk to Target and Denny’s and next door there is a short walk to the best mini golf I’ve ever played. The pool was nice although there weren’t enough lounge chairs. Get yours early. The hot tub water wasn’t super hot. When we arrived we had an issue with air conditioning and someone arrived immediately to repair it. When we needed more dishwasher detergent we called and someone arrived right away. There were 4 us but could easily sleep 6 and be comfortable. Exceptional service and a great place to stay.
