"Best Western? Best Resort Western"
August 2016
This resort is more like home away from home. The rooms are more like a town house in which it feels like home. I would diffenitly stay here again the resort was on top of everything. Very clean updated and everything you could possibly need on vacation.

"Good but needs work"
June 2016
Didn't receive cleaning or towels on day 1. Called and they brought towels. They don't have wash clothes only received 4 one time that week even after asking. They have bath towels, rugs, and medium hand towels. Socks and feet were very black from the floors even on day 1. Looks like haven't mopped well in a while. Throughout the whole week there we didn't get the floors swept. Don't like seeing crumbs in the kitchen and living room. Cleaning only consisted of new big towels, making beds, and trash.
3 bedroom villa was nice with small kitchen corner and living room. It accommodated our family and was near attractions. Staff was nice. Will look for cleaner and more spacious kitchen living area next time.

A very average choice in hotels. The price however was good for our budget and since we didn't stay longer than 5 days at Disney we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. The pool and grounds were great for our kids. The pond, fountains and basketball court were a great idea but the front desk only had one basketball available and it was flat. Overall it was a very average experience.

"It's a gem! Nice little condos!"
April 2016
I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The grounds are beautiful with creeks and moss in the trees. My daughter really liked the playground. The two bedroom was spacious with the living, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs had another bath & two bedrooms (1 King & 2 double beds). This is great for a family of six and close to the Disney parks. If your looking to stay on Irlo Bronson, this a good choice.

"worst place I have ever seen"

I just saw this on Trip Advisor and thought I really should add my views. We were suppose to stay here in Feb 2019 but after viewing 2 rooms we were NOT even going to sit on the furniture or take our shoes off. No cars in the parking lot...and its peak tourist season...what does that tell you? This place need a gigantic overhaul and cleaning.

"Appalling. Do Not stay here!"

Booked through Virgin Atlantic as a 'Self Catering"?? Townhouse. I do intend to raise this with them seperately as they may not be aware of how bad this place is? First "Townhouse" we were allocated was just appalling. Stank of damp, every carpet was filthy, The bed covers were dirty and stained. The completely inadequate seating, (a sofa bed and One chair were both badly stained). There was NO conventional oven or Grill and NO dining Area, NO dining table and NO dining chairs, (All what I would expect as a pre requisite for something described as "self catering") It had a very small breakfast bar that would seat three (THIN) people at most, but in any event only had TWO chairs, (for an apartment described as being able to cater for "up to Six adults?) and barely had room to rest a plate on anyway? No kettle, One saucepan,NO cooking utensils. Demanded a change of townhouse and this was accomodated by me being handed two card keys for two other houses and told to "pick one of these"? On inspection, One was no better than the first and the second was at least a bit cleaner and in a more well lit location. We still had to "borrow" chairs, kitchen items, kettle and pots and pans from the second house to accomodate our basic needs and would have moved more but the "lounge "area/ walkway is so small they would not have fit anyway! The "complimentary" laundry had all four machines out of use and when raised with the reception we were met with a disinterested shrug of the shoulders and advised that it was only complimentary anyway and that there was a public laundry nearby? Shower door was broken and did not shut fully and neither toilet flushed properly. I am aware and accepting of the noise generated by most air conditioning units but this one sounded like a jet engine had ignited so could not be used at night? Room cleaning service was intermittent and pretty pointless and whenever staff were asked for additional or replacement items, none of them were able to understand or speak english? Replacement towels were usually stained and dirty anyway so we ended up buying some cheap ones for ourselves. The floors and carpets were not cleaned or vacuumed once in our entire three week stay and I had to beg for a brush and pan to do this myself. I like to be fair so here are the few Good Points: Location is good. (Marker 12 on I 192) is at least convenient to most areas around Orlando. Pool is a nice area and clean. Rosa in reception. The only person who gave a toss about our concerns! And that is all. I would not recommend this to any Brits looking to stay in Kissimmee.

"Worst one night of my life"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed September 28, 2019 NEW
Checked in here for a one night stay on Friday 20th September with 3 friends before we headed to stay at the Mariott Cypress Villas for the rest of our stay. This was bar none the worst one night stay ever. We had initially been told the couch was a pull out. It wasn't. We checked in sometime after 10 pm after having driven over 3 hours from Miami and all I wanted to do at that hour was shower and sleep. I opted for the sofa and attempted to call the front desk to request extra pillows, and a sheet and blanket as there were none in the rooms. The phone in the villa was dead so I had to call using my cell. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk who answered that he'd have them sent right away. 25 minutes later fighting exhaustion, I was still waiting on my blanket and pillows. I tried calling the front desk several times and there was no response. Almost 45 minutes later I finally get through to the front desk only to be told that housekeeping had passed and there was no response and now there was no staff to come deliver anything to our room. This was an absolute falsehood as I had been sitting in the living room the entire time and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. He also said there were no extra pillows or sheets and all I could get was a blanket. I asked the gentleman if he expected me to come to collect them in my PJ's And he said matter of factly that if I wanted them that that's what I had to do. So I jumped in my vehicle dressed in my pajamas with my friend and to the front desk we went at almost midnight. The young man whose name I have since forgotten (it began with Z) came out of a room with some blankets, and asked me if I tried the phone and whether it had a dial tone. I explained to him that yes I did and there was no dial tone. I also told him that no one had passed by the villa as I was downstairs waiting on housekeeping the entire time and no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. I was at this time gesticulating with my hands - I'm from the Caribbean - we speak and emote a lot with our hands. And it was at this point in time that this young whippersnapper of a boy imitates my gesticulating and says "there's no need for this, I'm asking you about the phones." I was mortified at this sort of response from him. I managed to keep my calm and explained to him that the reason there is a need for this - gesticulating with my hands again as I spoke--was because I had been up since 4 am travelling and all I wanted to do was get some sleep, which I was being prevented from doing cause I could not get pillows, sheets or a blanket. Instead of an apology, instead of trying to pacify an upset customer, the young man proceeded to argue with me. Yes ARGUE!! Lest I lose my temper entirely and do something that I would have regretted, I had to literally raise my voice over his yelling at me and tell him to hand me the blanket he had been holding in his hand and when he seemed to refuse to give it to me I literally had to grab it from him. My friend told him that she would be giving the place a bad review and more particularly his manner of service and you know what this entitled young boy said? He said "Go right ahead! I don't care!" I have never ever received such poor service at any hotel before and I hope never to again. I hope the Management do something to train this young man if they intend to keep him on the staff, lest he further damage the reputation of the hotel. The one thing I will give the hotel points for is the breakfast available in site in the restaurant. After a harrowing night spent sleeping on a rough blanket and a small sofa with a flat pillow, the fluffy pancakes were good and at least the restaurant service was pleasant

"Good location and facilities, you get what you pay for"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed September 22, 2019 NEW
We have stayed here before, in 2016 and thought our experience was good enough to return in 2019. However, this time around there were a few niggly things that we didn't notice previously. The villas had slightly dated decor, but that is not a big issue. There were some things that could have been easily sorted and you would expect them to be for a well-established resort. For example, we had no hot water for the first few days of our stay, although it was sorted within an hour of us mentioning it to staff. Also, it seemed like our villa had not been swept or hoovered in the whole 18 days we stayed there. The walls are quite thin meaning we could hear everything that went on in the villa next to ours and they do not provide an electric kettle. Despite that, the location is amazing, right next to a supermarket and only 15 minutes from Disney World. The pool is nice and the whole resort is what you would expect for the price you pay. I did enjoy my stay, and have no major complaints other than the few small things mentioned previously in my review.

"Great place to enjoy nearby Disney parks"

It is an great place to go in family or in groups. The villas are very confortable, with two or three rooms. They have a full kitchen. The location is great, close to the parks, and the Target supermarket just aside the villas is an additional benefit for those who appreciate to sleep and eat outside the parks.
