"Live the life for a day!"
May 2016
We had the best time with the San Diego Craft Brewery Tour. The tours, walking about the city, the beer, and the people were amazing! So many places that you visit in San Diego just pull you in and make your vacation feel like you are "living the life." That fantasy of the beach life, the sunshine the cool shops and the people all come to life with the brewery tour. The customer service is so perfect that you forget that you are a customer. Instead, everyone makes you feel like a friend, tasting the cold, cold beer and loving every minute. Great Pizza and the Brewery itself was interesting too!

"Safari Park was amazing, Five Stars service was not."

Tour bus arrived to pick us up at our hotel about 30 minutes late so we had a bit less time at the Safari Park. On the ride home, the driver clipped something, I assume was another card side view mirror and kept going. Eek! She said it was only her mirror that got hurt but you could see fragments bouncing in the road when we looked behind the vehicle. The driver also kept hitting the median bumps in the freeway and seemed to have trouble keeping the van straight. The driver was pleasant but definitely not someone who should be responsible for a van full of people.

"The most perfect day trip ever!"

I took the Grand Baja Tour last week. I decided to go by myself so I thought that a guided tour trip would be awesome. I called to make sure that a minimum of 5 people were booked because they will reschedule if it is less than 5 people. There was about 8 of us on the tour and then our tour guide Juan. Juan was so awesome. He knows his way in TJ and he was great at telling us all sorts of facts. The lunch was amazing and it was off of the beach. We were able to look around shops at every stop we went to. We had time on the beach and to order drinks and relax. I felt very safe on this day tour and also met some friends on the tour as well! I totally suggest this tour if you’re gonna solo or with a group. Best money’s worth. I couldn’t of imagined it going more smoothly.

Having never been to San Diego I wanted a tour to show me a little bit of everything...this one checked all of the boxes and in a very comfortable van as well. Our driver was very informative, and stuck to schedule...even dropped us off at our hotel.

"Absolutely awful!"

This tour company needs to go back and rename themselves half a star tours. There were 4 fires occurring the night before my tour. They refused to reschedule, without adding an extra $100. They were 30 minutes late to begin the tour, which caused us to miss the winery tour. Lunch is not included as they claim it is, and the restaurant refused to divide our bill by party. When we arrived to the second winery, they were unable to pay for our tastings because the company credit card was maxed out according to our guide. Absolutely the most awful experience from an American company. I thought that I would feel safe using an American company to travel to Mexico. I was wrong. You’re better off staying in Ensenada and hiring a driver to take you to the wineries.

Ray was a really excellent Tour Guide. Amazing eye colour too! The breweries were interesting to say the least. I learned so much about brewing beer and enjoyed drinking it at the three breweries. The lunch at the end was good also. Took several hours to cover it all and well worth it. Ray told us about some other Five Star Tours that we hope to take in the future.
