Our stay at Riverstone Resort was PERFECT! Check in was fast and the staff very friendly. Our condo was beautifully decorated and most important CLEAN. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The patio overlooking the golf course was beautiful. We loved the lazy river and pool. I just wish we had not planned so many other activities during our stay so we could have enjoyed Riverstone Resort more. I can not wait to return to Riverstone Resort!

"Nice Place and Great Setting"

Took a family trip to Pigeon Forge with family, 3 families, 9 in total. Stayed in a 4 bedroom condo that overlooked the golf course. The condo was spacious with all rooms having their own bathroom (1 bedroom had to use hallway bathroom, but had access from bedroom and locked hallway door.) The kitchen was large and nicely stocked with pots/pans/plates/glasses, etc. The grounds contain a lazy river the kids loved as well as an indoor pool and hottub. The place also has a very nice gym and even a game room. The creek/river also runs alongside the property and was great to walk along and even play in when the water level was down. The location is a short drive to many resturantes and activites and we even walked to the Old Mill Area.

"Nice hotel"

We just wrapped up a two week stay in the pigeon forge area of Tennessee. We extended our stay by a few days because the kids didn’t want to go home yet. We found a three bedroom condo available here for the few days we extended by. The room prices were very inexpensive so we weren’t sure what to expect. (We got burned by a low price “good rated” hotel in Roanoke on the way down) We saw they had a nice indoor pool, as well as a lazy river. It’s on the far end of the strip behind Dollywood stampede dinner show. But we had a car so it was bother on the location. Check in was smooth, we were placed in building four (which based on the reviews was the nicest) 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with full kitchen and washer dryer. First impressions....the room was ginormous. We had a nice river view from the 4th floor. The room was a tad bit dated in terms of decor. However there was so much space, the bathrooms were perfect. Great water pressure, and clean!! They provide pool towels in room. Nice so you don’t have to fumble with towel cards or any of that nonsense. The furniture was aged, some of which could use a refresh. But overall the room was very comfortable for our party of 7. The hvac worked well, the kitchen was stocked, and the washer dryer was perfect. The lazy river is a lot of fun, smaller than a water park, but the. Ice current and waterfall effects are cool. The temp is good, and the lazy river area is maintained well. Conveniently located outside of building 4. The indoor pool is a little walk up the road but not far. It’s a nice size pool, with a separate 1ft kiddie pool, and a nice hot tub. Temps were nice, and it was never crowded. From what I understand it’s open 24 hours which is awesome. Only downside to our stay was that one of the elevators (one of two) was out of service for the duration of the stay. This axe it very difficult to depend on the stairs with 4 kids in tow. On checkout day it took us forever and a day to get downstairs with our luggage cart. They didn’t seem to put any urgency into getting it fixed. The housekeeping staff felt the same pains as the guest due to the broken elevator. Overall a fantastic stay. If we ever come back to the area we would keep this one on the list.

Believe your GPS when it tells you how long it takes to get here. Winding roads at 25 to 30 mph through the Smokey Mountains led us to this fantastic resort. Be prepared to make a few trips to carry your things as there were no carts available. A king suite with a fully stocked kitchen had an in room stacking washer-dryer, a walk in shower with multiple jets and a fireplace in the main sitting area. A private balcony overlooks the Pigeon River with an awesome view of the mountains. The resort is just minutes away from all the Pigeon Forge attractions. It has a spa on the premises and is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, grocery markets, golf courses, camp grounds and souvenir shopping. In order to take in everything the area has to offer, make plans to spend a few days. Discounted tickets are available through the front desk.

"Loved the cabin!!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed August 07, 2019 NEW
We were able to stay in the cabin that is on property on the opposite end of the parking lot. We could not be happier. It was like living in the deep woods, but only 3 minutes from town and super close to Dollywood. There is an exit from the hotel in front of the cabin, but it really did not bother us much having cars drive by once in a while. The cabin has a pool table in the loft, tv’s in the bedrooms, and a pretty good size tv in the living room. We ate out most meals but the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when we did stay in. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The hotel is a short walk across the parking lot where my kids enjoyed the lazy river pool and the indoor pool. The indoor pool is open 24 hours a day. My wife had tried to book a spa treatment online about a week before our stay but they had no available time slots. After checking in, I asked her to run up and ask in person thinking they may of had some cancellations. Wa la, they were able to give her both the treatments she was trying to purchase. She LOVED the spa and had nothing bad to say about either treatments. Over all it was a great stay! Well worth the 10 hour drive.
