It was our first stay here. The 1 bedroom condo was so spacious and comfortable. I love the double full body shower. There was just 4 of us and the kids were happy on the fold out. Great value, beautiful accommodations, river view was spectacular. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Our stay at Riverstone Resort was PERFECT! Check in was fast and the staff very friendly. Our condo was beautifully decorated and most important CLEAN. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The patio overlooking the golf course was beautiful. We loved the lazy river and pool. I just wish we had not planned so many other activities during our stay so we could have enjoyed Riverstone Resort more. I can not wait to return to Riverstone Resort!

We had a condo on the river and enjoyed our view. Everything appeared to be really clean. Comfortable bed. Everything provided including a corkscrew. If you don’t want to pay $40 a day to get your room cleaned I suggest bringing extra towels and wash cloths. There was a washer and dryer in our unit. The decor was dark and gloomy. Lights were yellow. Not conducive to reading. TV in living room and bedroom. The walk in shower was terrific! Jets in middle. Rain shower heads on each end. The only problem was on check out. We were not given a receipt with breakdown and I requested one when we checked out. The clerk got an attitude and was adamant that we had been given one. No we had not. She wanted us to know that she had been there longer than anyone and that she knew everything. Lol. She kept trying to print a receipt but she said it wouldn’t let her. Finally someone came from the back office and said do you know you’re printing multiple receipts back here? So she looked embarrassed and said here. Take them all. So we got several copies. But we won’t let one rude person keep us from coming back. Just to note: don’t try to check in before 4. Even if your room has been cleaned it takes a long time before it’s inspected and you’re allowed to check in. Also they allow pets. That’s a plus.

We were traveling from WI and the day before we were supposed to leave our daughter came down with the flu. Instead of traveling with the flu, we decided to cancel our reservation and it ended up costing us $248. I get having a policy but when you're not fully booked and you have over 24 hour notice, it shouldn't cost that much to cancel because of illness.

My bride and I, along with our three sons, decided to take a quick weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge and stay at the River Stone Resort. Upon arrival, we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the accommodations. The room was more like an apartment. We could literally live here. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. The shower is big enough for two ;) and the whole place was super cozy. There were a couple of downfalls though. First, we found out there is no daily housekeeping, not a huge deal for us but we would have liked to know that ahead of time. Second, there were a few things in disrepair in the room. The tile in the shower is coming up and we had about 8-10 small tiles we gave to management to show them what was happening. There was a light in the bathroom that flickered the whole time, and the chain on one of the window blinds was broken. That is why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Not big issues, just small inconveniences. Overall, we will stay here again. The pool was warm and spacious, the kids loved that. So we will be back for sure.

Last minute trip to Dollywood for the holidays. We decided on Riverstone based on proximity to Dollywood. It is very convenient to the park and also Patriot Park where you can catch the trolley to the park. Only issues I had with the property was the obvious water leak issue in the bathroom. There was an actual mushroom growing on the ceiling. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Family booked our stay at the Riverstone Resort for a visit to Dollywood. The location was perfect since Dollywood is on the same parkway. It’s a tad difficult to get out of the complex since it’s right where the intersection to the main highway through Pigeon Forge connects. The rooms are spacious and comfy! Everything you need is there and you only need your tooth brush and clothes. Our fireplace was broken and since they couldn’t get it repaired during our stay, they gave us a ticket to Dollywood to compensate. We did not use the spa so I have no review on it but the pool and playground was much loved by our grandkids! Great place to stay if you have a dog! There’s plenty of places to walk your pet. Definitely staying there again in the future!
