  • Allow 1 to 2 hours to explore all of the exhibits. The tour is self-guided, allowing you to walk through at your leisure.

Explore Ripley's St. Augustine — the first and oldest Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium! Venture through 14 themed galleries that feature incredible art and artifacts, animal oddities, pop-culture memorabilia, interactive games and incredible stories of people and places.

Inside Ripley's Believe It or Not! St. Augustine, discover hundreds of unusual and fascinating artifacts collected by the world-famous traveler Robert Ripley, including real shrunken human heads, rosaries made of human bone, and a drum kit featuring two human skulls fused together and covered with human skin. Marvel at a replica of the International Space Station and a space shuttle made from thousands of matchsticks as you blast off to the bizarre world of space in the two-story Space Gallery exhibit. In the Jungle Room, you can virtually try on a tribal mask and create your own weird pet.

Although Robert Ripley was a frequent visitor to St. Augustine and stayed in the building often, he did not create the museum. He died in 1949 and a year after his death, the Castle Warden was purchased to be the ideal, uniquely glamorous building to house his collections.

Tip: If you do go to this museum in St Augustine please make sure you have some dollar bills or quarters because there are different things that you can do throughout the museum that will take dollar bills or quarters

Ripley's Believe It or Not! in St. Augustine, Florida, has a large paid parking lot at 19 San Marco Ave. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply scan the QR code on the signage in the parking lot to pay the nominal fee. Receive a special discount in the gift shop with your printed receipt.
