"Mini-vacation with friends"

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It is a little bit of a drive to get to the attractions and shops from here but we wanted quiet and not to be in the "heart" of everything. We only stayed one night and it was (almost) perfect. At other hotels I have stayed at the offer a continental breakfast if it ends at 10:00 am you can still at least get a piece of fruit or a muffin if you arrive at 10:05 am. Not here. We arrived no more than 5 minutes after it ended (yes, I realize this is our fault) and everything except for watered down juice was gone.

"Worst hotel I have ever step foot in!"

First of all I had a room booked for 6+ months with this hotel. When we went to check in around 3:30, the lady at the counter said our room wasn’t available and that they had overbooked but would give us a better room. The down fall was that it was not yet cleaned, no big deal. So my family and I went and did some sight seeing and at about 7;30 that evening I called the hotel to check on our room since we did not get a call like they were suppose to do. The room was still not ready. I have young kids, they were tired we drove over 900 miles. So 8:00 roles around we go to the hotel and walk into the lobby and the man at the counter says now our room is available. We get up to our room... it’s trashed. Had not been touched, was smaller than the room I originally booked. Just AWFUL! I demanded a refund, and went scrambling for a hotel. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible everything.

Checked in and checked out in 10 minutes! First off the cleaning staff looked like meth heads! And get in our room and within 10 minutes my husband feels something crawling on his leg and looks and there is around 6 fleas crawling on his legs, looked on the floor and they was hoping everywhere and all over the bed skirt, they was infested!! Will say the front desk was nice and refunded our money when asked.

"Horrible experience!"

I hate to be so negative, but this hotel is the worst I have ever seen! It is substandard in every way unless you have a pet and you don't mind fleas in your room and pet poop on the sidewalks:( Yes, disgusting! The breakfast area is very small, the carpets in the room are literally tore up (nails on wood exposed) or filthy dirty at best:( We were there with a group and were suppose to have a "group rate" The cost of a room was more expensive than locally owned inns nearby-so much for a group rate! Never again, Ramada!
