"Quality Inn"
January 2019
Not impressed. Reserved a king room. Check-in clerk gave us keys. After driving to building , unloading luggage and going up 3 floors room was two double beds. Had to go back to office and was finally given King bed I reserved. Breakfast is about 2 stars. Food was cold, no bacon or sausage. No donuts or muffins which was listed in the menu. I’ve stayed better places in Branson that were much cheaper. Won’t stay here again!

"Branson trip / Quality inn"
November 2018
This hotel is very old, the pictures they used for advertisment are nothing like the rooms.. They were clean but def need upgrades to the outside and in the rooms.. ..They were not worth the money we paid for this hotel and it was an actual upgrade.. The only other mess up was I changed the reservation date on the Dolly's stampede and they helped me out, but when I printed the tickets and got to Dolly's stampede they missed typed it and had me for Friday and not Saturday. Dolly's Stampede was great on helping us in the Saturday show, so we wouldn't lose our money.. BUT I want to thank the reserve Branson staff for helping on me get a refund on my Silver Dollar tickets.. Friday when we arrived it was raining and couldn't go to the park, Saturday they were turning everyone away because the parking lot was to full, there was no parking at all.. .. We had to go home next day and they were very nice about refunding me my money. I will def use Reserve Branson again but will chose a different hotel

"Nice hotel!"

Great staff. Right in the middle of the strip. Wish there's was a better area for the dogs to go outside since it is a dog friendly hotel. Overall it was a good sleep after a long day in Branson.

"Long Weekend Getaway to Silver Dollar City"
March 2018
The room was clean. We were upgraded to a king with a jacuzzi do to some type of maintenance on a room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good biscuits and gravy, donuts and other typical breakfast items. Older ladies were making pancakes which looked really good. We didn't swim because the pool was full of people every night. It was awesome having a jacuzzi so that made up for the pool. Overall the stay was nice. The hotel could definitely use some upgrading but the staff was nice, room was clean and we felt safe.

Tip: There are three separate buildings so make sure you park near your room, very hilly. They have usb outlets which was very nice.

"Quality Inn On the Strip"

We recently stayed a couple nights at the Quality Inn On the Strip. We had been on vacation and been in several states staying at other Quality Inns by far this was the cleanest and had the best breakfast. Night clerk that helped us was really nice, we had been on the road over 12 hours and our previous destination was booked. The Staff there seems to take pride in what they do. I will absolutely stay there next time we go to Branson.

"WORST MOTEL EVER !!!! Dirty & Smelly"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed August 22, 2019
Drove 19 hours to get in this motel at 2:30 am & didn’t read the reviews. Door hard to open. Smelly room, cigarette butt in the middle of the floor, ants in the room, gnats in the bathroom sink, about fell off the toilet, it wasn’t tightened down good. Would not have stayed, but we had non refundable rooms. Over priced for the quality of this motel. Didn’t eat the breakfast, due to rain and not wanting to walk, that far in the rain to get to the breakfast area. No parking available near breakfast area. You just have to walk from your room. To hard for handicap people. NICE staff !!!!!

"Old, dirty, awful!"

Do not let the pictures fool you- our room was disgusting! There were two empty wine bottles in our room- one shoved in between our mattress but was sticking out and one was halfway under our bed on the floor. It had obviously not been cleaned, our toilet was stopped up with toilet paper and running, our shower did not work, the room smelled terrible. Total waste of money.

"Needs some work, think I overpaid"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

My fiance and I were passing through and just needed a room to stay the night, so this hotel fit the bill very well. We paid 95$ bucks a night, I see now we overpaid. It is very convenient to the Branson strip, you can very easily walk to the Wax Museum and various other attractions without having to worry about parking along the very busy strip traffic. Not a fancy place to stay for the night, but it's relatively clean. Quite bit dated and the buildings with the rooms seemed a bit run down. The main building seems in much better shape. Overall, seems like a very family friendly place. It has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast in the morning was good. My only real complaint is that the walls were paper thin, our neighbors were very loud, and there was a lady who decided to smoke a cigarette outside our room talking very loudly with her son at 6 am. The door of the room did stick a bit making it difficult to get in and out of the room, and there was a hole in the wall between the room and the bathroom. Had a bit of a weird smell in the room.

"Old and tired"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed July 26, 2019
We booked a double queen room for 2 nights, and really wished we'd ask to see it first. First glance it was OK, but the door wouldn't open due to ripped carpet and was absolutely filthy. The soles of our feet were black just walking from the bathroom back to the bed. The cleaners obviously try and do the best they can, but it really needs remodelling. Breakfast was pretty generous, no complaints there. Front office people very welcoming and friendly.
