"Quality Inn"

Not impressed. Reserved a king room. Check-in clerk gave us keys. After driving to building , unloading luggage and going up 3 floors room was two double beds. Had to go back to office and was finally given King bed I reserved. Breakfast is about 2 stars. Food was cold, no bacon or sausage. No donuts or muffins which was listed in the menu. I’ve stayed better places in Branson that were much cheaper. Won’t stay here again!

"Branson trip / Quality inn"
November 2018
This hotel is very old, the pictures they used for advertisment are nothing like the rooms.. They were clean but def need upgrades to the outside and in the rooms.. ..They were not worth the money we paid for this hotel and it was an actual upgrade.. The only other mess up was I changed the reservation date on the Dolly's stampede and they helped me out, but when I printed the tickets and got to Dolly's stampede they missed typed it and had me for Friday and not Saturday. Dolly's Stampede was great on helping us in the Saturday show, so we wouldn't lose our money.. BUT I want to thank the reserve Branson staff for helping on me get a refund on my Silver Dollar tickets.. Friday when we arrived it was raining and couldn't go to the park, Saturday they were turning everyone away because the parking lot was to full, there was no parking at all.. .. We had to go home next day and they were very nice about refunding me my money. I will def use Reserve Branson again but will chose a different hotel

"Nice hotel!"

Great staff. Right in the middle of the strip. Wish there's was a better area for the dogs to go outside since it is a dog friendly hotel. Overall it was a good sleep after a long day in Branson.

"Long Weekend Getaway to Silver Dollar City"
March 2018
The room was clean. We were upgraded to a king with a jacuzzi do to some type of maintenance on a room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good biscuits and gravy, donuts and other typical breakfast items. Older ladies were making pancakes which looked really good. We didn't swim because the pool was full of people every night. It was awesome having a jacuzzi so that made up for the pool. Overall the stay was nice. The hotel could definitely use some upgrading but the staff was nice, room was clean and we felt safe.

Tip: There are three separate buildings so make sure you park near your room, very hilly. They have usb outlets which was very nice.

First, if you are reading this review, I will assume you are aware this is a budget hotel chain and have reasonable expectations. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite for a week in July. We need a larger room for a family of 6, and this room fit the bill. Before we booked I saw a lot of mixed reviews online, so I wanted to leave a review to make some sense of it. Based on reviews I read, the hotel was under a renovation. From what we saw, this hotel is under a phased remodel. Not all the rooms are renovated, and they are still finishing up the dining area flooring. Our room was newly remodeled before we stayed and the pictures on the website are not current of what the room is like today. We had a brand new shower, carpet, paint and flooring. It is still not a luxury hotel, but a comfortable room. In regards to COVID-19, unlike some other hotels, they are still providing guests with a hot breakfast. They will cook a breakfast to order with pancakes, eggs, sausage, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc. We got up early every day to beat the breakfast crowd. There is an indoor pool that is scheduled by family for COVID-19. The outdoor pool is open and can be used without an appointment. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We interacted with many different employees during our stay, and they were all wonderful. If you are going to stay here, I would make sure you ask for a room that has already been remodeled. If you are reading this after Summer of 2020 all the rooms should be updated.

We keep coming back to this motel because it is just what we need! JoAnn and Jim take very good care of us while we are there! They are always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are being remodeled and look great! This is a super clean and affordable place with a fabulous location- right in the heart of it all!! Breakfast is always great!! They have new breakfast staff who is doing a fabulous job, but I must say we surely missed the ladies who worked there for so long. We can’t wait to stay with them again! Keep up the good work!

We made reservations through Choice Hotels. We chose this particular hotel because of the low price and low price for our pet. Also, they have a hot breakfast that is actually cooked on a stove. However, this trip they were out of ham for omelets. Anyway, in the end it cost us more time and money. When we got home, I noticed a separate charge for another night on my bank statement. When I contacted the hotel, instead of refunding the amount for the room they charged us again. I understand simple mistakes and they fixed that and it was refunded back to our account. After 30 days we still have not been refunded for the extra night we were charged. Now we can't get anyone to answer the phone, it keeps going to the Choice Hotel reservation line. . . . I have contacted Choice Hotels customer service and they weren't able to get anyone to answer the phone either. I've left it in their hands for now. Moral of the story - check your charges online before you leave a hotel.

Kudos to Jo Ann who was kind and helpful from the start in switching our smoking room to a non smoking room. She and the whole front team were just welcoming. Breakfast was enough to get us through until the evening meal so we didn’t have to spend much on food. Yummy items too! And Kevin, our room service guy was friendly and did a great job keeping our room clean. We were there a week and couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thank y’all!

I really don't mind that there was no microwave and the refrigerator was broken but I booked the room through a vacation service prepaid through that service. When I checked in they ask for my card for incidentals and I thought nothing of it. They have charged me 3 times for the room above and beyond what I already paid when I first book The room. The front desk clerk said she didn't know how to reverse the charges and there was no manager on duty. And the manager will not call me. I have contacted choice hotels who gave me their general managers email and I still haven't heard back from anyone. They have robbed me of nearly $400, for a crappy motel room. And terrible customer service. I have reported this to the better business bureau but it looks as though I might have to get a lawyer just to get my money back.
