Room was bit dated, , location was good. Plus point is that it provides free shuttle service to & from airport. It also provides free breakfast. They also provide shuttle to cruise terminal with nominal charge.

NEVER AGAIN GOING TO STAY THERE I’ll preferred sleep on the road if i need to TERRIBLE SERVICE the housekeeping staff is verry mean (told me you need to leave so because they don’t communicate with the front desk that we have extend) and the lady came knock on the door while my mother was in the shower and told us we need to leave now or we’re calling front desk to kick us out immediately. 2) The air conditioning was not even working in the night it was verry hot and they told us at the front desk that every room is like that. 3) The name from the hotel please change it From (Quality inn) To (Terrible Quality Inn) 4) Elevator was not working sow we needed to go with all luggage through the stairs

"Infested With TOXIC MOLD"

Front desk was very rude and acted as if we were a huge inconvenience. Upon walking into our room #237 we were hit with the thick suffocating smell of MOLD. Our throats immediately began to burn. My sister had to use the restroom regardless, as we had been traveling for many hours. In the restroom was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Neither of us even thought about stopping to get a picture. Our health and exiting the room as quickly as possible was out first priority. I have asthma and only a rescue inhaler. The problems that mold would have caused would not have been corrected by the inhaler I have. We get back downstairs, I notify the lady that I have asthma and refuse to stay in a room infested with VISIBLE MOLD. She’s clearly annoyed, but gives us another key and states ‘thats the last room I have open’. We were hopeful but to no avail. Same thing in room #243... YOU’RE KIDDING ME. Before heading back downstairs I booked a room with the Marriott next door. Once again we get downstairs. I explain that we have booked another room, and I will be receiving a refund. She tells me the room is not refundable. I explain that a healthy person should not be breathing in that amount of mold, let alone someone with asthma. I asked if they were aware of this problem and she hesitantly said yes ma’am. Why are these rooms even open???? Mold is nothing to play around with and can be detrimental to anyone’s health! I WILL be reporting them to the state health board. THIS IS NOT SAFE!!!!

Very poor property and I would advise you to stay elsewhere even if it is going to cost more. Before I list the problems I had here, I should say that every member I spoke to was courteous and pleasant, it is simply not a very good hotel. The issues I had: 1. No wifi in the rooms, only the lobby/dining area. 2. Every time I returned to my room over the 3 nights, I had to go back to reception because my key car had deactivated. 3. The elevator was out of order - while I was told is was because of renovations, I did not see any. 4. The bedside table lamp didn’t work the whole time despite me reporting it to the desk on arrival and the next morning. 5. The shower constantly dripped (and loudly). 6. The breakfast was poor unless you just have cereal. The boiled eggs were just floating in hot water and were dried out. The meat choice resembled dog food (no I haven’t eaten dog food lol). 7. The floors are laminate and were always sticky and dirty. 8. There was a group of young men standing outside their room smoking dope and blocking the walkway as I returned from. breakfast. In their defense, they responded politely to my “good morning” but to others they would of appeared threatening. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone else stay there either.

I walked up to the desk with my family after 11 hours of travelling. The lady at the desk was speaking to a coworker (in spanish , which doesnt matter) but didnt not acknowledge us. When I went to speak she said a mother person was first. Which when we walked in no one was at the desk. She told us to go take a seat have a coffee it will take about 5 mins. Once she was done with the gentleman she said "oh there is another couple checking in" so I would have to wait some more. First found out there is no car service onsite but I had to make arrangements with a different company/person. The room smelt kind of funny, and the room phone doesnt work and the TV remote was dirty. The only great thing there will be a free shuttle to the port to make sure I catch my cruise. Not happy
