"Great trip; 3 highlights: Lanai snorkel, spinner dolphins & turtle town"

Thanks Dan and Jacob for a great day out! Snorkeling off the coast of Lanai was a highlight as well as the glass like water to see the spinner dolphins at play. Folks that were on the boat were really nice and chill. Overall a relaxing kind of small group. Definitely a must for those who are avoiding the Molokini hoards and packed out “party” boats. Would go again when I return to Maui to hopefully see the whales (we knew when we booked this was off season). Tip: Spend the extra $10 and get the wet suit shirt. We did. It makes it so much more enjoyable to just float and watch all the fish and marine life get closer to you.

Wife and I booked the trip as a honeymoon visit and first time to HI. We had plenty of alternatives to choose from since Maui has a huge range of activities to choose from. I had snorkeled before as a kid/teenager in south FL including the keys. Always enjoyed the activity. We were able to swim with the turtles (first time) and see the coral and fish native to the area. This was a smaller boat and afforded the extra time to swim a bit longer, quick loading and unloading of swimmers that we saw a pod of spinner dolphins and were able to swim a bit longer at a couple of the stops. Pastry and fruit was included so we were not starving at the end of the day when we were brought back to shore. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable regarding history of the islands and culture, restrictions on swimming, and extras available to make trip more enjoyable. Underwater cameras and an underwater motorized fan for swimming and diving. We enjoyed the trip and day. Thanks again.
