To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. The entire team at Piiholo Ranch Zipline are top drawer. They made everyone comfortable, explained the entire process, excellent customer interactions and a very high attention to everyone's SAFETY. As a result, everyone had a great time. The course is impressive, they start out short and sweet to help inspire confidence and then opened up all the stops for picturesque and thrilling zips. The course included an off-road vehicle ride to the top of the last zip that offered incredible views (photo ops!) and a sweet, long and high ride at the end. Billy, Jonas and Nate (the funny one...but very serious when it came to safety), were great. I could not recommend PRZ enough. Will be returning next year for the canopy zips...they look like fun, too!

Everything was easy: booking, check-in, instructions, ZIPLINES and finish. Paxton, Billy, & "Roy" were all helpful, upbeat and encouraging to the group of 9. The last zip of 2800' & 700 ft up was so cool. Totally recommend!
