I booked our tour through a local flight centre here in Australia for November 11,2019. I got an email from mc&a diamond head that the bus whose going to pick us up was marked Polynesian adventures at 0935am. We been waiting outside our hotel since 0900 am. One big bus arrived at 0938 with a different logo on it and start doing his roll call in a hurry and our names never called out. After 10 minutes or so a smaller bus arrived with a Polynesian adventures logo on it, we approached the driver together with another lady waiting for the same bus. Driver said we supposed to be on a big bus. He made a radio call and told us to wait because the big bus is coming back to pick us up. We waited, waited, waited after maybe one hour or so, my wife had enough of waiting and decided to call the office and told us that we missed our bus already and the tour voucher is considered used and it is our fault for not approaching the big bus driver. And said that they don’t have any more available tours for us until we fly back to Australia on 14 November . We booked for another tour the next day 12 November with e noa tours and never been happy We were very disappointed with this tour, very disorganised, and they don’t care for their paying customers.

we did the road to Hana tour in Maui. our driver was Hank. It started off great. he was very informative and stopped at beautiful spots for us to take pictures. However, for whatever reason, after we had gone through Hana, he decided to, i assume, be funny. There is a stretch of road that is not paved and is very very rough. Hank said it should take 25 minutes or so, but he likes to do it in 10. With that he blasted the song Highway to Hell and he floored it I was in the last row, and i was thrown all over the place. The seat belt was cutting into my neck and i kept screaming for him to please stop. He did not until we were back on paved roads. he said the next section was like a roller coaster and he could do the 5 minute stretch in 3. i told him to pull over and let me out and that i would walk. i guess he realized i was serious so he drove a little more sanely. i would think long and hard before i would ever take a tour with polynesian adventures again. This was a 10 hour tour on the last day of my honeymoon. It definitely spoiled my last day.
