"Great stay during our early vacation!!"
March 2019
I reserved the room for our vacation a month in advance. I used reserve direct in Pigeon Forge to make sure the room and everything was set
It was clean, had balconey and kitchenette in it too. We had a great time. The hotel also has a small game room, inside pool with a lazy river, and a hot tub. I only gave 4 ?? because of hot tub not getting hot the way it should have been. But they were trying to get it fixed. The continental breakfast is great! Huge actually. Threr are plenty of choices for the whole family. One of the best I have ever seen. First time we stayed at this place and we will be back again later in the summer. The location is perfect for anyone to get to easy, and right in middle of the main drag just back off road. Great, great location. Easy to get where ever you want. Staff is very polite and acomidating to anything you may need. Thanks for making our vacation, and stay with you guys great. We will stay with you again soon.

Tip: Make sure you have a ID ready to check in, hotel fills up fast so make reservations ahead of the crowd. Non smoker rooms, if need smoking may not want to stay here IDK if they accommodate to smoking.

We used to stay here all the time stayed a while ago and was grossed out this used to be a really nice hotel. It's a shame how bad this place has good the floor in our room was dirty the beds are clean but feel sticky, Our light over the worn out table barely would work, The breakfast was just there to say they have free breakfast. But the check in was nice better than the rest of the hotel. I know this is an older hotel but a few years ago it was up kept very well now its looking rough they need to rethink how they are running this place. we called the hotel just to see how much they would say and a very nice man answered but we were told its 150$ a night! compare to the cheap rates on tripadvisor. Overall it WAS an extremely nice hotel disappointed stay we might think about trying it a few years later. Not anytime soon we hope they will think about the people staying here and change the way they run it.

This is a $40 per night hotel at best. Thankfully the bathroom was clean and the bedding was clean and bug free. That's where it ends. The walls and the floors were filthy. We had to wear our shoes the whole time we were there. The handle to the refrigerator and top of the ice bucket were covered with debris. The air conditioning left the room damp and sticky. The pools were yellowish in color and surroundings dirty, swimming was not an option. The wallpaper was peeled and repaired with staples. The outlet cover was missing, which may be very hazardous to young children. The hallways were filthy as well (rugs covered in all types of stains) and the elevators look as if they have never been cleaned. There was a glass table on the second floor balcony that had the same glass ring and smudges the entire three days we were there. Went to breakfast the first day and watched the worker go from wiping the counter to the floor and back to the counter with the same towel. We used the room only to try to sleep at night and left as soon as we got up.

This has been our "go to" place to stay since it opened. We don't always stay here but the majority of the time we do. This weekend will be the last time we stay. When we got to our room there was a yucky smell. I assume it was because the carpet was so dirty our socks were filthy from walking across it. Gross!! The bedding was clean but it was wrinkled. It looked as though it had been wadded up for days. There were hairs on the counters and on the bathroom floor. (They weren't ours). The 2nd day we were there my husband noticed a sanitary napkin stuck to the side of the trash can. (Again, not ours)! The indoor pool is dirty and the breakfast is terrible. Not sure what is going on or what has changed but this hotel but they obviously take no pride in their property anymore.

I was greeted with a smile, and even though we got in early, they accommodated us. Room was nice and clean. Location is nice. I took one star off because they need to attend to the pool & hot tub areas. Everything else was great and the staff was so nice.
