"Great stay during our early vacation!!"
March 2019
I reserved the room for our vacation a month in advance. I used reserve direct in Pigeon Forge to make sure the room and everything was set
It was clean, had balconey and kitchenette in it too. We had a great time. The hotel also has a small game room, inside pool with a lazy river, and a hot tub. I only gave 4 ?? because of hot tub not getting hot the way it should have been. But they were trying to get it fixed. The continental breakfast is great! Huge actually. Threr are plenty of choices for the whole family. One of the best I have ever seen. First time we stayed at this place and we will be back again later in the summer. The location is perfect for anyone to get to easy, and right in middle of the main drag just back off road. Great, great location. Easy to get where ever you want. Staff is very polite and acomidating to anything you may need. Thanks for making our vacation, and stay with you guys great. We will stay with you again soon.

Tip: Make sure you have a ID ready to check in, hotel fills up fast so make reservations ahead of the crowd. Non smoker rooms, if need smoking may not want to stay here IDK if they accommodate to smoking.

Great place for a family vacation. Best value in pigeon forge! Always nice, always friendly! The indoor pool makes even rainy days bearable. (No pun intended) overall the best value for our money, and the waffles are awesome! Grab your family, and go to the smokies!! But remember, this is the ONLY place to stay!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent value, good location. Pool room was clean, kids had fun. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to The Island and a lot of the main downtown attractions.

The indoor pool area was a big feature we were looking forward to that turned into a big disappointment. The hot tub was out of order for our entire stay and there wasn't a single float for the lazy river which made it pointless. The pool was heated, but very dirty and had debris floating on the surface as well as settled on the bottom of the pool. The jacuzzi tub in our room was stained, but seemed decently clean besides that. The jets were very loud and seemed to shake the whole tub when turned on. There was paper trash on the floor by the bed I had to pick up when we first came into the room. Also, the fridge was not on when we came in. I immediately turned it on but it wasn't cold and usable until the next day. During our 3 day getaway my wife and I were looking forward to relaxing in the room, soaking in the tub, and watching some TV. After a brief bit of rain the first night the TV went out and was not working for the remainder of our stay. We notified the front desk several times and they said "it is being fixed, just wait it out" each time. Annoyingly enough, when we went down for breakfast the TV in the breakfast room was working just fine playing the news. Back up to our room and it was still out. As of our check out time there was still no TV available in the room. Lastly, front desk staff was rude when we asked if they could check if our room was ready at 2PM when we arrived instead of the 3PM check in time they gave us. I understand it was asking something extra of them, but my wife is 8 months pregnant and was hoping to get up to the room to relax just an hour early after being in the car all day driving. They refused to even check and told us we had to wait. A little courtesy and kindness would have gone a long way towards customer satisfaction. The room would have been a great value if the advertised amenities were functioning, but in its current state I would recommend paying a few extra dollars to stay at a different property.

Shabby, rundown and dirty. The pool and lazy river was the reason we would go here and we couldn't even do this. The lazy river was dirty and only had one little blow up float.the door said the pool was closed and the hot tub was roped off. The front desk kept saying no it is not closed. The pool was murkey like it had been shocked. The stairwell to get there was dark,no light, very dangerous really. Sad and disappointed. Use to be our favorite family getaway.

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to most everything in Pigeon Forge. The hotel staff was great and the hotel itself was very clean. Free parking is a plus, but you might have to settle for the secondary lot during peak times. Higher floor rooms with balconies offer great views of the area, including the Island at Pigeon Forge. The price is also very competitive for the area, but during peak season everything is rather expensive. While clean, the hotel is a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Don't expect a modern decor as the hotel reflects an outdated style.
