"Entertaining but could use some changes"

These folks have been around awhile. Their voices are pleasing but not dynamic and the show is bit longer than the content can hold the auduence's attention. Rumor has it that the group will retire soon. Good musicians, family oriented. We have seen it once but probably would not opt to revisit it. It has been a staple around Branson and it does fill the gap a need for variety. Nothing really bad to say, it could use some energy.

"Most Positive Review I Can Muster"

Sunday entertainment choices in Branson are rather limited. I'd seen several other shows at the Grand Country Music Hall, and all were outstanding, so I thought the Ozark Mountain Jubilee would be a safe bet. It's really true--You can't win 'em all. On the positive side, it appeared everyone showed up for work, and generally hit the right notes. Unfortunately, the show tended to be very low energy, and the most lackluster performers appeared to be the two youngest. If either of the young ladies in question has orthopedic problems, I apologize for my next suggestion: Please correct your posture. Slouching during a performance suggests low energy, confidence and investment. The humor seemed rote and very poorly timed. I'm assigning an average rating because these folks are trying to make an honest living, but the show's not nearly as good as the typical Branson offering.

"Show is getting old"

We have been coming to Branson for 15 years and have seen his show every year. This will be our last. The show is old and needs to spice up the act if they want to continue to pack the people in. The Dad is a great singer but the rest of them are not.

"Ozark Mountain Jubillee- Very Disappointing"

This show features a fairly talented family, the Bacon family. The show, however is confusing and low energy. The performers are the mother, father, sons, and grandchildren (in their teens or early 20's.) The band was very good, but the family seemed bored and really not very engaged. The family members shuffle on and off the stage during various songs, instead of fully engaged. The show was low energy, though maybe it was an off day for them. The attempt at comedy seemed forced. The music was a mix of country, gospel, and blue grass. The songs were recognizable, just not performed very well. It was my least favorite show of all of the shows I've seen in Branson.
