"Great Stay"
April 2018
My family went to Legoland and we were in love soon as we walked in the door . Everything was clean and set up nicely. The children enjoyed the peacocks walking around outside

"Nasty, roof leaked on bed, Moldy stink."
April 2018
Nasty, Roof leaked on bed. AC didn't work. moved us to a new unit the next night. Cleaner but still nothing to cook with. NO washcloths. Paid extra for maid service but didn't happen until the last day after calling twice to complain then they didn't leave us any towels or washcloths. In the second room the shower leaks and get the hallway carpet wet. The only positive thing that I can say is that the Breakfast buffet was good.

Tip: Old, Nasty and run down. Find another place to stay. Shuttle to the park is a joke. Only makes 1 run a day. 10:30 am and return 10:30 pm for the magic kingdom. You have to call 24 hours in advance to even have a chance at a seat.

"Probably was a nice place years ago, but run down now"

You can tell this was a really cool place years ago, unfortunately it hasn't been maintained. My unit had a mold problem, smell so strong it'd burn your nose when you entered and my clothes smelled moldy even though I only spent 4 nights there. Several lights in my unit wouldn't turn on, don't know if it was just bulbs or electrical problems, but they should be on top of stuff like that more, it's pretty obvious the owners aren't big on maintenance at this place. The pool heater was broke down so the pool wasn't heated or the hot tub witch sucked since it got cold the week I was there. These units are NOT soundproof, so if you've got upstairs neighbors that are noisy, or even beside you, forget trying to sleep at night, you'll hear everything! good, bad, ugly, whether you like it or not! Raccoons and birds tear the garbage apart and spread it all over the place, not all of it gets cleaned up. A pair of underwear was laying in the parking lot and was still there when I left. it's not a real horrible place, and I'd even go back as long as I could get a room with no mold and the price was cheaper. I don't really care if it's a bit of a slum, I only slept there and spent my days touring around the area. It's in a really good location with everything you need close by, also close to theme parks. too bad they've let it go, was a nice place some time in the past. The staff is helpful and polite, the room was clean everyday with fresh sheets, garbage was removed, good job by the staff here. Owners need to get on it though. Until there's more maintenance done, I'd say this place is overpriced, sorry.....

did not compare with other units we have rented in the past at other resorts. Furniture outdated, not a single pillow on the couch, I had to use very thin pool towels that I waited a long time to get. not enough towels etc.

Check In ok, friendly Staff, speak english Apartment smelled moldy, apparently the AC was turned on shortly before we arrived Bedroom OK,nice comfortable big bed, walkin closet ok Sleeping sofa unusable due to you can feel every spring even my 6 year old complained Plates, bowels, cups, spoons, forks, knives etc.. provided. Small - dish soap,- dishwasher soap, - shampoo, - conditioner provided. No sponge or whatsoever to clean the dishes The dishwasher was full of rost Microwave, toaster, coffeemaker functional Stove, all hot plates loose but functional Fridge and freezer were working Entire furniture dated (my guess is from the 80s), need maintance badly, worn rug at the edges even with nails sticking out Shower is good, warm water and you can change the intensity, unfortunately a lot of cracks in the tiles Pool is not heated and the towels that you should get at the tiki bar where never there. Hot tub never worked. The entire resort was probably really nice 15 to 20 years ago but it is not maintained well. The front door doesn't open probably you have to try at least 3 times. Washer and dryer on property, 1 out of 4 washer worked, after complaint 2 out of 4 washer worked. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, but either came twice in a row or 3 days not at all. Towels, handtowels and cloths were supposed to be provided but were not. When I asked we got them and were told to leave the dirty once outside the door so they knew we needed new once, didn't work once. Housekeeping only speaks and understands spanish Nice wildlife, a lot of peacocks, squirrels, ducks, cats, birds Tennis Court, you can get rackets and ball at the reception, all dated too. BBQ not useable Convenience store was closed Free parking and Wifi

"Has potential"

We stayed in an air B&B while on holiday for two weeks. The accommodation is a bit dated and very basic but it done most of our needs. The whole resorts has so much potential and although a lot of areas are acceptable their are areas that should be developed immediately- the resort has two pools which are lovely and well kept and beside the pools their is a bar which is open long hours, the paving around the pool is cracked and chipped and this lets down the whole area. In the apartment their is a washing machine and dishwasher but these doesn’t work and is a laundry room close by in the resort but sadly only one machine was working and it was rather a hit or a miss if it was not in use, they are free to use as is the tumble driers. Most of the reception staff are very pleasant and helpful except one who we found was rude and could not be bothered with anyone (the lady in front of me was given worse attitude than we were) On leaving the resort on the last day we spoke to the owner who informed us that the resort was going through renovations and that was taking place now as it was their quiet time-it would have been good to know that at the start instead of the end. On the whole I would give the resort 4/5 as the bedroom, bedding and towels were immaculate and smelt so fresh but if a little more work was done on the place it would definitely be a 5/5. We would stay here again but would check that all facilities had been updated and fixed.

This resort has great potential. They offer lots of activity choices that other resorts don't have. There is lots to do if you're interested. It is a great resort for families with children of all ages. The pool area is lovely but as many do in December the heat is off in the pool and hot tub and thus unusable. they are in the process of renovating the units. it was quiet and very relaxing when we were there..
