"Great Stay"
April 2018
My family went to Legoland and we were in love soon as we walked in the door . Everything was clean and set up nicely. The children enjoyed the peacocks walking around outside

"Nasty, roof leaked on bed, Moldy stink."
April 2018
Nasty, Roof leaked on bed. AC didn't work. moved us to a new unit the next night. Cleaner but still nothing to cook with. NO washcloths. Paid extra for maid service but didn't happen until the last day after calling twice to complain then they didn't leave us any towels or washcloths. In the second room the shower leaks and get the hallway carpet wet. The only positive thing that I can say is that the Breakfast buffet was good.

Tip: Old, Nasty and run down. Find another place to stay. Shuttle to the park is a joke. Only makes 1 run a day. 10:30 am and return 10:30 pm for the magic kingdom. You have to call 24 hours in advance to even have a chance at a seat.

"Ant motel"

The room was full of those small ants (I call them sugar ants). They were mainly in the kitchen and second bedroom. They were on the beds in the second bedroom and bathroom counter. Someone came and sprayed but they were back by the evening. I had bought raid so I handled it as they began to show more. The last day roaches were on the utensils so we just packed up, checked out, and grabbed breakfast somewhere. We booked through an exchange program so I couldn't say the cost, but if your looking for comfort this is not it.

"Evacuated here to escape Hurricane Dorian"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed September 07, 2019 NEW
3 friends and I spent 4 nights in a 2-BR condo here when Hurricane Dorian was threatening the East coast of Florida. My husband and I had stayed here 2 years earlier - also to get away from a hurricane. The condo is very spacious, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as an open plan living room/dining area and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's an older property, so the furniture was a little bit worn, but it was clean. Our kitchen had no pots and pans (except for one saucepan) but we contacted the office and by the next day we had them. We had originally reserved 5 nights, but when the storm was no longer in our area, we asked if we could have a refund for the final night and go home early to check on our homes. Although it is not their policy, the manager was very nice and did agree to refund the 5th night. I will stay here again the next time we need to evacuate from a storm.

I think you get what you pay for, if it's five star you are looking for then not for you. We had a great holiday, location spot on just of the 192, close to all we wanted. Yes dated, but clean, peaceful and staff all friendly, I felt better than hotel, not as good as villa we have done both.

"Worst End To A Vacation Ever"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed August 13, 2019
During our previously booked 2 night stay, my boyfriend was bitten by bedbugs (confirmed by 2 emergency room doctor's)on the first night over his entire upper body! We immediately notified the front desk who had no clue of their policies and procedures! We have made several attempts to talk with management. They have not returned any of our phone calls. Of course we refused to sleep in the room a second night so we opted to sleep in our rental car. Yes, very uncomfortable but safer than the alternative. Vacations our supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing.......not miserable and painful! Please avoid this resort! Pictures, advertisements are very misleading. Only received a star because you can't proceed without one!

"Don't waste your points on this property."

My wife and I have owned multiple timeshare properties for the past 17 years, and have been blessed to stay at a very large number of resorts over those years. This property was absolutely the WORST timeshare we have ever stayed in. The resort itself looks like it may have been a nice property 20 or 30 years ago, however, it is now in disrepair and appears to be mismanaged. Service was slow (and in some cases nonexistant.) Under no circumstances would I recommed this resort to anyone.
