"Kids loved the roller coater - stay away from the arcade"

Took the kids here to ride the roller coaster, they had a great time. Said it was a little rough, bumpy, but great ride. HOWEVER to get there you go through the arcade. I would avoid this, the scores don't seem fair, which limits your points and when you turn you points in for prizes, compared to a Dave & Busters, these items are WAY OVERPRICED for their values.

What a fun little city within a hotel experience. Loved the atmosphere and the outdoor space to hang out and be in the breeze of the dry heat. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and oh slot machines to keep us busy. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back some day.

"Miserable check-in process and poorly maintained rooms"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed August 17, 2019 NEW
Our experience began with a check-in process that was riddled with failed attempts to integrate app check-in, confused staff, and a massive line. After checking in via the app, we were greeted with multiple conflicting signs directing us to different lines or areas for mobile check-in upon arrival. One set of kiosks wanted a QR code we never received via app or email, so we entered a mobile check in line. The desk staff member told us our app check in wasn’t an actual check-in (despite the app saying the exact opposite) and that we might receive a QR code eventually but that we should get in the main check-in line to be safe. After about 15-20 minutes in line we were given our keys. We stayed in one of the nicer room options (Marquis suite) but were surprised to find an oddly designed room that had not been maintained very well. Furniture was very worn and beat up, some lights didn’t work, power strips and messy wiring scattered about, and a lot of quick fixes to various room features by someone with a drill and box of wood screws. Overall this was a low quality experience and definitely not worth the cost of the nicer room.

"Excellent stay"

Comfortable with friendly staff. I used MyVegas rewards and the convenience of the walkways and trams to the other participating resorts made for a pleasant and very affordable stay. This was my first stay at New York - New York, and I was overall impressed with the accommodations and service value.

Easy access from the airport and convenient to the Park MGM for concerts. We went to see Janet Jackson Metamorphosis, which was our the back door and across the street from New York which made it very accessible.
