"Lots to do"
August 2019
I could easily see spending a whole day here. I was little disappointed at how many rides were shut down but there was still plenty to keep my family entertained.

"We rode go-karts for 8 hours straight."
June 2019
A little rain delayed our start but we ended up riding go-karts for 8 hours straight. Sure some of the karts might need a tune up but we ended up figuring out which karts were the fastest per track and utilizing them the best we could. We had so much fun racing we never stopped to play putt putt or anything else. Where I'm from the local place charges $8 for one race of go-karts so $25 for what ended up being 23 races for my son was a great deal.

"Dont waste your time or money"
April 2019
My family went there yesterday and even my 8 year old was ready to leave within 10 minutes. The "thrill rides" looked like they were bought 40 years ago from a fair passing through, one didnt work and the go carts were more like slow carts. I had to force my 8 year old to ride, which she hated, and my husband and I, our daughter and her boyfriend didn't even ride anything except the tilt a wirl which we had to wait forever to get on since they are so short staffed. Definitely a waste of money. Lesson learned! Wouldnt leave 1 star but had to

First time at the Speedpark, and it was fun. Found out real quickly that all the cars at Smoky Mountain Speedway are not really equal...I had the number 10, which was sputtering & missing badly. Hated not being able to compete in that track. Mini golf courses weren't very well maintained. Ride another intermediate track that was ok. Rain ruined the day from early afternoon thru the rest of the night, so didn't really get the full day we were hoping for...only a couple hours. No rain check given.

Frequently Asked Questions about NASCAR SpeedPark Sevierville

What are the hours of operation for the NASCAR SpeedPark?
The hours of the park depend on the time of year and day of the week. To confirm the hours of operation for the particular day or time of year you had in mind, please call (865) 908-5500.

I do not plan to participate in any of the tracks or ride with my group. Do I need to purchase a wristband?
No. If you are not driving, riding, or participating in any of the tracks and attractions throughout the park, you do not need to purchase admission.

If I purchase an “unlimited ticket” and I have to leave the park for whatever reason, can I return at some point later in the day?
Yes. Those who purchase an “unlimited ticket” are able to come and go throughout the day.

How many karts can run on a track at a time?
For the safety of our customers, each track has a specific amount of karts that may run at a time. This amount varies per track. Extra karts are kept on each track in the case of a mechanical repair or other issue that would require a kart to leave the track.

What height or weight regulations are in place for the karts?

No. Closed toed shoes are only required for the rock climbing wall.

Do I need to wear a helmet while driving or riding in a go-kart?
No. Each of our karts is equipped with safety harnesses and are closely monitored by our track attendants. If you or someone in your party would feel more comfortable wearing a helmet while participating in a race, they are available at each track throughout the park. To receive one, simply request one prior to your race from one of the available track attendants.

The only track to require a helmet is the Smoky Mountain Speedway.

Is parking available on site?
Yes. We provide ample free parking for all of our guests.

Our goal is to provide safe racing entertainment for all of our customers. With this in mind, tracks and rides may be closed down in the case of rain or inclement weather. Rain checks are only provided in the case that we are not able to open the rides later in the day. If you receive a rain check, these opportunities never expire.
