These people are just crooks, they just wasn't wyour money. Myself and my friend bought a trip to Muir woods, which cost 81 dollars each. We did not hear the time we were due to be back at the coach(however I doubt that the coach driver mentioned it enough to make an emphysis on it),so we never got to the coach on time and they simply left us there and did not make any arrangement to have up collected in anyway... I understand they have tight schedules to follow, however they should have made arrangements to get us back. Luckily the park rangers assisted us and allowed us to use their phone. We contacted the several taxi companies and there was only a taxi available to collect us but not for an hour and a half... When we asked for our money back, we were told that the driver waited for us for 10 minutes and that they could see it on the GPS tracker. However the Driver never reported passangers being missing from the trip, when we arrived at the office to make a complaint, the staff weren't even aware that we had been left behind. The outrage for me, is that we could have fallen anywhere in the park, seriously injured ourselves and no one would have gone look for us, and that is disgusting. How does a company like this run? They do not care about the people they take on the trips, Muir woods is in the middle of no where, no easy to get back from without transport. And they felt that they were entitled to keep the 160 dollars they took from my fiend and I to be left in the woods, plus we had to pay 70 dollars for a taxi back into town. It ended up being a very expensive day. Well many thanks for that tower tours.

We booked on the 4 hour trip to the Muir Wood trees. Defiantly worth the money spent! George the tour guide was really entertaining and also talked about the city of San Fransisco as we drove through as well as the history of the park. The park itself is very well kept with paths and walkways and is easily accessible for wheel chair and pushchair users. The trees are amazing to see .... we just wished we had more time to walk some more of the trails! There’s a little coffee shop for refreshments and restrooms on site. Great experience ... will book again next time we go!

Excellent, informative tours are provided by Tower Tours at a reasonable cost. San Francisco city tours, San Francisco Bay cruises,Muir Woods, Alcatraz, Pebble Beach, Napa Valley and others tours are offered by knowledgeable, friendly employees. Hotel pickups are provided along with return transportation to your hotel at the conclusion of the tour or at 5:30 pm if you'd like to explore the city on your own for a while longer. I stayed at a hotel in South San Francisco very close to the airport and took several of their tours with round trip transportation from Tower Tours each time. You can really thoroughly enjoy the sights and explore San Francisco without needing a car and dealing with traffic and parking hassles.

Did this trip yesterday, 25th September, 2019! Full day, picked up at 9am and returned to San Francisco and dropped off at our hotel at 8pm. Fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounds. Got to see Sea Lions and very friendly squirrels on our journey! Also saw the Pebble Beach Golf Course! Had time in both Carmel and Monterey! Our driver, Joe, was absolutely fantastic, making jokes continually and had us all laughing! Would recommend this day trip to anyone visiting San Francisco!
