"Old, Outdated, Bad Service and you can hear EVERYTHING"

Horrible rooms, beds extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. You would be better sleeping on a futon. Sheets were cheap and rough. I could hear everything the person did in the room next to me. There are so many Marriott courtyards or other hotels in the area to stay in before this- even if location is what you need, take an uber. Not worth it.

"This place sucks"

Old, outdated, one person working behind the desk who is incredibly slow. I only stayed here because everything else in town was sold out. Do not recommend. It sucks. The website makes it look nice, it is not. There was a girl in the parking lot passed out who looked like she OD’ed. I was able to complete this review while waiting in line to get checked in.

"Like a Motel 6 but taller"

Lobby is beautiful, great location, smells like a Motel 6, amenities of a motel 6, scratchy towels, very basic. Staff is friendly, bartender Mimi was fantastic. Best thing here is the location. You can walk to the river front and OTR within 10 minutes.

This was our 2nd and last time staying at this hotel for the Flying Pig Marathon. As a host hotel for the race, I expected better. Race participants are supposed to get a later checkout on Sunday. Upon check in, I was told that I wasn't signed up for the late checkout even though I booked through the race site. They didn't try to fix that, just said I should ask someone in the morning. Wrong answer! The room was very tired looking, in dire need of updating. Cabinets were worn with doors about to fall off. Sofa was worn out. Windows were dirty. WiFi was about useless. The bed was squeaky and the pillows were tiny for a king-sized bed. And the pillows were lumpy, There is no convenient outlet near each bedside. There should be a power outlet or USB charging port at the bedside as we typically see in hotels of this millennia. Worst part was the shower. You just finish a marathon and get to come back to this depressing trickle of water with little pressure. Hardly a reward for a hard race. Also, not much provided for runners before the race. If you want more than a banana, you have to pay for it. And you have to pay to park somewhere else, which further devalues the stay here. We'll keep coming back to the Flying Pig but not to this hotel.

"Great central location"

This was a great place to stay. Loved being downtown and getting to explore the city. The homeless population is very active around this hotel and you will most likely get asked for money. A homeless guy even followed us in the hotel and asked us for money, security was very quick to escort him out. Breakfast here was expensive $28.00 a plate and you have to pay for parking. It is a dog friendly hotel, my dog loved exploring the city too. I really enjoyed my stay here and time in Cincinnati!
