The hotel is gorgeous but the thing that sells it for me is the people. This was our second trip and not only did several of the staff remember us but they again went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and fun. This is true southern hospitality!

Stellar Customer Service - especially by Thomas...took time to talk to the guests and made them feel comfortable. He even gave me his umbrella to me and walked away in the rain. Very touched. He made everyone feel welcome.

I have been coming to the Smokies now for 40 years and this place is hands down the BEST place to stay in Gatlinburg. It is located where the Twin Islands used to be so it is right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Yes it is the most expensive I've stayed at here but it's worth it!! The staff are EXCELLENT!! Super nice, super helpful and super friendly!! We loved everything!! Our room was on the 7th floor. It was so nice! Clean!! Brand new!! Beds slept so good. The bathroom is huge. The shower is huge and let me just say my husband did not want to get out of the shower nor did I!! They even gave us bath robes!! The best!! You do not have to leave the resort..everything you need is right there!! Pool, bar, restaurant, spa...you name it!! We ordered a pizza and it was Amazing!! Loved the hammocks and the pool. We honestly was so sad when we had to leave!! Will definitely be back!! Say hi to Rita and Louise for me!!

"Best Hotel In Gatlinburg"

Just got back from a weekend getaway and I don't even know where to start with the compliments of this hotel. The front staff - Bob and Miranda - were the best. The entire hotel property is spotless. We stayed in a room that faced the pool and the view was great. The outdoor patio area is such a nice place to sit and relax and unwind. The food we ordered from the bar was a little expensive but everything we tried was very good. If I had any suggestions it would be to have two people taking drink and food orders at the pool from maybe 11 to 3. Rachel (I believe that was her name) worked the pool area and boy does she deserve a raise. She was nonstop in the hot sun and never stopped smiling. I was shocked at how nice ALL the staff were and every single one asked if there was anything they could get for us. This place needs to give others lessons in customer service and hospitality. Can't wait to go back.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Thomas, Dorie and Meagan absolutley went out of their way everytime they saw us and asked us if we were relaxed and stress free. They were so nice and professional. The waitress Grace also was friendly and professional. The valets were extremely nice and quick at their job. I will only stay at the Margaritaville Gatlinburg from now on. This is the most clean and comfortable Hotel around hands down. Kudos to Jimmy Buffett. He would be so proud the way his staff is representing him. We cannot wait to return to a stress free environment. Thanks again to Dorie, Thomas and Meagan. The Millers. Room 632. God Bless.
