Really neat atmosphere! It is a large resort, so expect some walking. The staff was excellent all around, very helpful. Our room was large, we stayed in a one bedroom suite. We can't wait for an opportunity to come back!

X Confirmed w/reservations that they had a full breakfast menu for room service, but when I called room service at 6:15AM, I discovered they only had room service for lunch and dinner. X I booked a room on the back of the hotel to avoid the flashing Ferris wheel lights. Unfortunately, we discovered the exact same flashing, rainbow-disco lights on the bridge—pack a sleep mask for your eyes because the bridge light runs all all night and fills your room. X Don’t forget your money when you go to the lobby coffee shop. They are actually two separate companies and you cannot charge to your room. Not fun to leave your hot coffee and oatmeal at 6:30AM to fetch your $ in the room.

We visited Margaritaville Island Hotel January 2020. I was expecting allot more, this is no more than a Hotel that is overpriced due to its location. When you book the queen double room that is all you have is 2 beds with a bathroom,. The village rooms blinds do not block all the light from outside and if for some reason you would want to go to bed before 11 pm you would have to endure the music playing on the speakers outside. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future, there are better options in pigeon forge.

"Nasty room/ dead bugs/ black mold"

Me and my wife and my son who has autism showed up for our reservation on Tuesday. We had the presidential king suite booked. Got in our room and the first thing we notice is dead roaches on the floor. Then we turned the ac on and it was dripping black stuff looked up and it was full of black mold. The whole room smelled musty like it had flooded. I told them at the front desk and they supervisor was super rude told me it wasn’t roaches with out ever going and looking asked me not to say it had mold in front of others checking in she didn’t care one bit about my feelings told me we couldn’t stay in there they had no other rooms I had to go. Have me a refund and sent us packing like it was our fault. Never tried to give me another room or make it better. So here we were displaced with my autistic son and no where to go. What a terrible place. Keep in mind this was a very expensive room. Here it is a week later and the room charge is still pending on my credit card holding that cash up. Thank goodness we found another room somewhere else. I have never been treated so bad in my life
