"Nice older resort , great location and friendly staff."
June 2019
Resort is huge, staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort itself is older and in need of some minor cosmetic repairs that they were working on while we are there. They have two large pools that we spent a lot of time at. Only downsides was they charged more for the resort fee than what I was told in my invoice, they put us in the far back building so we had a hike to both of the pools. The location is close to all of the parks, plenty of restaurants and shopping. The resort has a bus that travels to and from the parks and leaves on time early so we had plenty of time to get to the parks before they opened. The on site restaurant had a large breakfast selection.

"old and needing maintenance"
January 2019
Looked so nice online - its very outdated, Rooms were clean'ish (no bugs) but the ceilings had paint chipping from them. bathrooms old and manky as well as the rooms musty with no natural air coming in. Overall the staff was friendly and very helpful but the rest of the place could really do with a good lick of paint and some serious basic maintenance.

"Not a Resort"
December 2018
The pictures looked nice and the location was convenient. This place is not a resort it is a roach motel. The room smelled awful there was rust in bathroom. Floors were disgusting. I was very unhappy but was unable to cancel as I had prepaid and didn't cancel in time. I will never stay there again.

"Not Bad"

A nice place for the price. It is not loud at night and is close to Disney. We had a couple of small issues, we paid for a pool side view from our room and did not get it, but overall nice stay.

"Traumatizing Stay! The Most Disgusting Place I have ever Stayed at! RUNNNNNN!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed May 25, 2020 NEW
First, when I arrived and checked in they charged me more than what the Groupon listed.: The A/C made a very loud rattling noise the entire stay The room had German roaches crawling on the dresser. The carpet was black! We called the resort "The Weed Hotel". People were openly smoking pot at the pool, and everywhere. Unfortunately, I had my grandchildren with me. My daughter's room smelled of marijuana so strongly, she had to stay in my room because the smell went through the connecting door. There were beer cans, bottles, garbage everywhere. The entire hotel grounds are covered in trash! I took pictures of the overflowing trash in the pool area and other areas. Dirty towels were left on the ground as well as cigarette butts. The lounge chair cushions were left on the ground, never picked up, the entire weekend! The entire hotel was disgusting! People's trash bags in the hallway never picked up. There was a hole in concrete next to the wall filled with thrash. I went to the office and complained, they said they would look into it and they never did. I told them about the weed smoking and smell, and again, nothing! all he said was "No one is allowed to be smoking anything! I asked for towels, I never got them. At check out, I told the lady what happened and she said "I wish you would have told someone!! I told her I did, but no one did anything about it and neither did she. I have never seen a hotel this disgusting. If I was the owner, I would fire the entire staff!

Not enough Towels, in the room and takes 2 hours to get new ones. Manager and staff do not care about its customers.

"Not the cleanest, but very helpful, courteous personnel."
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed April 10, 2020
My wife and I stayed here for 2.5 weeks during the COVID-19 outbreak that closed Disney, etc., when Kissimmee was relatively deserted. We chose it via Priceline primarily due to the low rates in March. The carpeting in the room was not clean and, perhaps understandably in times of low occupancy, no one seemed to be responsible for picking up litter strewn about by guests. HOWEVER, we were greatly impressed by how both Ayman and Stella, both working at the front desk, were so courteous, professional, attentive, and helpful. We hope that the resort's management, after the COVID-19 outbreak panic has passed, will do some carpet-cleaning and will recognize the value of the two personnel who did so much to make our stay as good as they could in the circumstances.

Horrible! Shocking!! Excellent location, but there is absolutely NO care in the upkeep and maintenance of this "resort". We arrived at 11PM, the lighting is extremely poor as you head toward the rear lot to access rooming. The rooms are heavily dated and poorly cleaned. We noticed mold, dust and pest.

"Just needed a bed, you get what you pay for."
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed March 18, 2020
Booked a last-minute trip here and probably spent less than 200 bucks on 5 nights. Perfect, just needed a bed and travel the Theme Parks. The room is not the best of shape, though the beds and shower were clean and worked properly. They have a mini-golf course which would be fun for kids but maybe don't recommend this resort of minors due to conditioning and folk that hang around the bars. I was never bothered by the front desk or travel people as other reviews claimed. The only concerns with my room were the bent out of shape storage area's and maids walking in because they do not provide do not disturb signs and the deadbolt was confusing at first but finally figured it out. I enjoyed the fact that they had a PIZZA HUT on site thats open after 4 pm and they have medium pizzas and personal pans. The breakfast buffet smelled good but never had a chance to go, however, its 10 bucks a visit. I also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle, although the departure times weren't best, the arrival pickups were decent. Lyft or Uber is decently priced to WDW parks. Would I come back for a cheap solo trip absolutely! Free Shuttle alone is worth the price of the resort stay.
