Very nice selection of personalities and celebrities. Some were eerily lifelike and some were... not real looking. Overall, we were pleased with the trip. Friendly employees.

"Enjoyable visit as part of the Bus Tour package"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed August 23, 2019 NEW
It was surprisingly small but good and a lot of fun ( particularly when interacting with the environment). We had an issue with the admission although we (and some other travelers clearly had tickets as part of the bus tour the person at admissions quarreled to try hustling us out of paying for admission (again). Despite clearly displaying that there was an affiliation with the bus tour operator. In the end, we agreed to buy a brochure - as this was already a planned souvenir for us. It was still unacceptable behaviour and practice by the staff member. It has me wondering how many others ended up either paying extra/again or whose visit was ruined for not standing their grounds.

I think this was the best Madame Tussauds we have been to.The figures seem much more realistic .It was very interesting to see all the presidents of America including Trump. They have a replica oval office where you can sit and take photos. This was really cool.
