"Amazing Show!"
September 2019 NEW
My whole family, ranging from my youngest son who is 6 to my mom who is 74, went to see Legends in Concert and had a fabulous time. The performers were unbelievably talented and looked so much like the real singers. Refreshments and snacks could be purchased, however my kids were so into the show, that they barely touched their snacks. The venue was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and all seats provided you with a great view of the show. We would definitely go there again, next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

"Legends in Concert"
August 2019
This was on August 1, the day after my 89th birthday and went to Legends in Myrtle Beach,SC with my daughter to see Travis Powell. He is wonderful and happened to be the greeter that day! Wow! I have seen him many times, meeting him on an Elvis cruise first. Fantastic!

Tip: Take a camera! I was hoping to meet the performers after the show. I ran to the restroom first and when I came out, no-one was in the Lobby!!! Sorry I did not get any pictures!

"This is not wine"
August 2019
Wine improves with age, this act does not. I know because I was around when these acts were great.
They give their all but it is time to call it a day.

"Haven't seen it yet..But"
July 2019
We haven't seen the show yet...but...when I ordered the tickets there is place where you can put in a specific need. One of our family members uses a wheelchair for any distance walking. A lady from the Legends Concert called and asked if this person was going to stay in the wheelchair or transfer to a regular seat. I told her she couldn't walk very far. She said we could wheel her to her seat and the usher would take the wheelchair and store it then bring it back for her. She also put us at the end of a row. I was very pleased, she didn't have to call. So far their customer service is 5 stars, I hope the show is as good!

Where do I begin.
1) None of the impersonators looked like who they were supposed to be impersonating. Didn't really sound like them either.
2) the first act, Luke Bryan, sang complete songs. The rest of the acts sang parts of songs. Kind of like a medley.
3) I paid $50 for a ticket. I pay that same amount to see an actual concert with real artists. I expect to hear full songs. I expect to see something at least a little believable. I mean Elvis's leather pants were baggy. Come on. I've been to other theatres like this that were much better.

Tip: The theater isn't that big so splurging on tickets up front isn't necessary.

"Legends was okay"

This was the first trip to Legends in Concert for my husband and myself. Our friends attended before and highly recommended it. We saw impersonators of Barry White, Garth Brooks, Roy Orbison, Blues Brothers, and Elvis. White was okay, Garth was about 80% there with voice and mannerisms and some good song choices. Orbison impersonator had voice but just stood there and sang (like Orbison), no charisma. Elvis was okay, not the best we've seen. Blues Brothers were the stars of the night. House band and back-up singers/dancers were good. Seats were good but over-priced. Our friends enjoyed the show but not as much as they did a couple of years ago. Hubby and I agreed that we've seen better shows on cruise ships and in amusement parks.

So, Just finished the Legends in COncert. Saw Luke Bryan, Bob Marley, Lady GaGa, Elvis and Blues Brothers. All were excellent and one of the best shows I've seen here. Every trip to Myrtle has to have a Legends show. I must say, while all were excellent, the Blues Brothers are on another level. Elvis is great but the Brothers are a step about. They go above and beyond to entertain and if you don't love to see them, you're in a coma. Great show, good price, highly recommend.
