"See Paradise In One Day"
November 2018
Larry and the San Diego Beach Tour were an excellent way to see what everyone comes to San Diego for; the beaches and coastline. Larry was so informative and went the extra mile to drive us back to our hotel at the end of the day-telling us wonderful San Diego stories of its history and culture. I would highly recommend the San Diego Beach Tours!

"Easy and informational way to tour and learn"

We bought passes and rode the 2 hour circuit to get acquainted with the city as this was our first visit. This is a great way to learn and move about the city. We got off back in Old Town then walked around and had lunch. Hopped back on the trolley and got off at the Embarcadero to catch a harbor cruise. After the cruise we hooped back on the trolley and went back to the Gaslamp district and our hotel. We learned things from the trolley conductors along the way as an added bonus.

The guides were informative and good with customers. I liked being able to hop on and off. This beats driving to these 8 stops or so and having to park and possibly run into traffic.

"Delightful For Overview of City"

Drivers are full of historic robots. Friendly, helpful service. I've been on this with my Sis for a on and off leisurely day to catch highlights of San Diego. Another time with hubby, when we didn't have much time before a flight, so a good chance to get full overview of the city with a ride straight thru, only one stop for coffee in Horton Plaza, then a perfect 10 minutes until next trolley can around to continue your. I appreciate hearing the info about what we are seeing. It would be lovely if everyone who rides could understand when the driver asks for riders to be considerate of others wanting to listen: but guess they are talking too loudly to hear the repeated imploring for cutting the loud chatter. Unfortunatey, there's one or three in every crowd! But it's still worth the ride.

"You Must Take This Tour"

This tour is a must if you are a first time visitor of San Diego. The trolley drivers are very knowledgeable about the major sites in San Diego and its’ history. The listed stops are all at major areas in the city and taking the tours gives a great overview of the city’s attractions. The pass we purchased was a multi-day pass and you can get off and on as much as you want. The trolley ran often and there was not much of a wait.

"Great way to see the many different areas of San Diego"

We really enjoyed our trolley tour around San Diego. We had a great bunch of drivers too - Patrick, Hatch, Jack & Dave. We ended up doing 2 loops and each of the drivers tell different stories. So it’s not all the same same. And they impart lots of good history and fun stories. Despite asking the customers to be quiet duration the narration, some people just couldn’t shut up LOL. Everyone needs to alight their trolley in Old Town and then alight a new trolley to continue onwards. Maybe half of the stops also had trolley employees manning the stop. Which was great for questions etc. A trolley would come around every 20 mins but sometimes they could be full. Nearer the end of the day they do put on extra trolleys so that customers are not left behind if the trolleys are full.
