"Good hotel and great location!"

This hotel is nice and clean, has friendly staff, and great amenities. The gift shop in the lobby has everything you need for your stay (food and drinks, toiletries and other items in case you forget something, and many great souvenir options). The hotel restaurant (Article One) has amazing service and food (the Cobb salad is the best I’ve had). The hotel’s location is amazing, too! An easy walk to Union Station, the Capitol, and many other Washington landmarks.

"Nice but overpriced."

Hyatt is now charging everyone a substantial destination fee, regardless if the guests plan to use the promotions or not. I would definitely not buy into this unfair fee again, and would definitely look for a more equitable hotel.

"Disappointed"

The custodians are nice. The hotel on the other hand was awful. There were construction workers banging and drilling outside of our window. It was very annoying during my vacation. The Hyatt should never book rooms while construction is going on, on there site.
