"Great hotel on the strip"
June 2016
This hotel is located across the street from the Ride the ducks on the strip. It's very clean and comfortable. We was very happy with our room and the staff was very friendly. It has a fairly small indoor pool which my granddaughter loved. It's definitely priced well compared to some of the other hotels! I'd recommend this hotel as we've stayed here 3x now.

"Beautiful hotel"
March 2015
When choosing this hotel, I read other reviews. Many stated that the beds were rock hard. They were hard and I do prefer soft, but they weren't bad. I slept fine. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The only issue we had was our microwave was old and would shut off in the middle of running to cool down. The facility was elegant and inviting. The room had a fridge and microwave, everything you need. We requested a balcony and got one. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to other attractions. Would stay here again.

"Valentine's Day Retreat at Hotel Grand Victorian"
February 2015
My husband and I traveled with another couple for a weekend stay over Valentine's Day. We had such a great time and were very impressed with the Jacuzzi suite with balcony. Clean, comfortable, quiet, & relaxing. Too cold for the balcony. Received 8 inches of snow and the staff were beyond excellent. They offered a later checkout due to weather and staff came and shoveled out all the vehicles and had the whole lot cleared and de-iced. Wow! they were all just fabulous. We also liked the pool, hot tub, breakfast and tea and the exercise room. Thank you!

"Beautiful hotel"
February 2015
My three year old son and I took a trip away for the weekend and stayed at the Hotel Grand Victorian. Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms! The piano and huge teddy bears in the lobby were definitely a hit with my son. The people were extremely nice and helpful as well. We cannot wait to use our frequent visitor card next time :)

"Excellent stay"

We've been to Branson several times and have always stayed in a cheaper hotel and lived to regret it. This time we spent a little more and got the king suite with the jetted tub. The room was clean and looked updated. Everything worked in the room. Even the air conditioning kept us cool enough and we like to keep our room colder than most people which is a big plus for us. The jetted tub was great coming back to after a long day of doing stuff. The staff was was also very friendly . The only negative things I can say is it the check in was kind of late. 4pm but it wasn't a big deal. Also at check in time the young man behind the counter checked us in without asking for id. Just asked us if we wanted to us the credit card I reserved the room with. He should have verified who I was. Last thing is the hotel location. It's right in the middle of the strip and is sometimes difficult to get in and out of. If your looking for more of a secluded place this isn't it. But we. Would probably stay here again in the future

"Average at best"

Reviewed July 13, 2019 NEW
My husband and I are currently staying here (7/11-14/19) and everything is average at best. HOWEVER, our first room that was given to us had mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom and it was a room that they give people with pets. There was scratches all over the door and furniture. It was disgusting. We promptly went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager (Cathy), she was very quick to investigate our bathroom and give us a new room. The new room she assigned us however was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. There were spots on the balcony where people put out cigarettes, our ceiling by the sink is smoke stained from people smoking in it AND there was a cigarette stuffed into the ceiling of our bathroom. We decided not to go back to the manager because we were only going to be there for two more nights so i decided that it wasn’t worth moving rooms again. The beds were average. The breakfast was average, the breakfast area was way to small and poorly laid out for how many people were trying to eat and get food. It is however in pretty much a perfect location. So, if you enjoy average hotels for above average price and great location then this is the place for you. (Attaches below are pictures of our bathroom from the first room)

"Awesome service and good breakfast"

We stayed at the GV the week of 4th of July. We came because we were stuck going to a Wyndham “marketing meeting” and they booked the hotel for us. It is in a good location near all of the attractions, although bring right on the strip can be very dangerous trying to get in/out of the parking lot. The hotel wasn’t dated and the pool was pretty wussy, but the wonderful staff, especially Melissa, we’re awesome. The room was clean, the breakfast was great with hot items and an amazing and quick staff. If I were booking my one hotel, I may not have chosen it, but we would have missed out on a great experience. Thanks!

The stay was amazing!! Great price and service. The continental breakfast was amazing! Eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles! They had everything you name it. The employees and staff were extremely friendly. I read the reviews before coming and the reviews were not true. People put some negative reviews and it was all lies. The hotel wasn’t outdated and it was walking distance to Walmart, McDonald’s, coaster ride. The pool was also amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing ! I’m definitely going to stay here again 😁

No extra blankets in the room. Comforter very thin so froze all night. Don’t arrive early because your room will NOT be ready until 4pm or later. Receptionist was too busy conversing with the other hotel staff to be attentive to our check-in process. We were not informed of when breakfast hours were so we get down there at 9:35am and they had all food removed. So much for choosing a hotel where breakfast was included!! Wish I had made sure they didn’t put us by the elevators. That’s all were heard all night long a loud guests coming and going. And we were right above the entrance to the hotel so people yelling early hours of the morning. Could hear neighbors running water late at night (bath or shower) So much for a relaxing night getting some rest. Avoid room 413 of you want to sleep. Unfortunately we will stay elsewhere from now on.
