"Branson stay"
January 2019
The room was good, however, it would have been better with a refrigerator and a microwave. We were there at Christmas so there was no breakfast on Christmas day. Also the time for the breakfast is a little early for people on vacation. They should go to at least 10am.

"Quality has gone down considerably."
June 2018
When we checked in they couldn't find my reservation. Then we were put in an upstairs room after we had requested a handicap room. The air conditioner was not turned on. Room temp was 85 degrees. Then the air didn't work at all after it was on. They moved us downstairs to a different room, but didn't offer to assist with moving all of our belongings.

The second room was clean and much easier to get to, but had issues. The electrical outlet in the bathroom wouldn't hold anything. you couldn't blow dry your hair because the cord would just fall out. When I went to plug in my phone charger behind my bed I found that the electrical outlet had no cover. My bed mattress was up against an outlet that showed bare wires.

"disappointed this time"
June 2018
We have stayed at the Honeysuckle several times and we usually get 2 double beds and the stay has been great. However, this time we asked for a King and the room was very small, furniture looked very old with stains in the chair which I was scared to sit on. The bed was a ROCK! My left and right ribs and back was sore from trying to get comfortable. I even considered buying a mattress pad to put on it. There was a constant running water sound in the tub drain. We first thought the tub was running but it was not. So we kept the door shut. Perhaps it was from the icemaker above us. Not sure. We have decided that it would be worth it to pay the extra $50 or more for the better night of sleep. The employees were great but the room was far from it.

"Honeysuckle cancellation policy is bad"

Had to leave early. Booked the motel for 4 nights. Gave them 48 hours that we would be staying only 3 nights. They would not refund the night fee.

"Disapointment"
July 2017
This Inn was included in our Branson package. We were charged 113.00 a night.. What a disapointment compared to other places at that price.
Rooms did not have refigerators or irons. The coffeepot in room had not been washed.4 days never once was floor vacuumed .Free Wifi did not connect. Free breakfast was poor in taste, Had to go elsewhere to eat. Not enough parking spaces.
Desk clerk was not friendly.

"Ants. Ants in your pants. And in your coffee cup."

Stayed here as part of a Groupon promotion where you get your room, show tickets, mini golf...The good stuff...the room was standard, two queen beds, a bathroom, a tv, a coffee pot. No fridge. Ice machine close by. Two pools, one outside, one inside with a hot tub. Hot tub not very hot. The issues....Ants. Ants everywhere. I tried to wipe them up, they were hanging all over the end table between beds, on the table by the window, figured someone left something sticky. No. They came back. With their aunts, uncles, brothers, cousins...EVERYWHERE. Had a coffee pot, but no coffee. Thought Housekeeping just didn't leave it for the first night. No problem, I always bring my own and made due. 2nd night after Housekeeping had been in, still no coffee, so I called them this time to bring some down, which they did. I think if they paid more attention to the smaller details and took care of the ant problem on a regular basis, they might be okay.

Told we could check in after 3, only 1 room of 6 booked was ready. Desk clerk not very nice. Rooms were not together as requested, all did not have fridge/microwave as requested. Two had spiders, several had ants. Bought our own bug spray. Beds very noisy when moving/sitting on them. Breakfast was ok, but bacon and fresh fruit would be an improvement. We won't be returning.

Our most recent stay at Honeysuckle Inn was just as pleasant as all the others have been over the past decade! We started staying here at least 10 years ago & have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly & efficient. The hotel is older but has always been clean. It is just off Hwy 76 and not far from Silver Dollar City.

We required two rooms for our recent stay. Initially they were not connected however when I asked Paulette about a room change she was able make some adjustments and place our family in a connected room. I really appreciate that she went above and beyond to take care of us and make our stay more comfortable.
