Stayed two nights for business trip. Price when i had booked was comparable to Eaton Chelsea and other hotels that are not near as nice. The hotel staff are great. Room is comfy. Bed and linen super comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool is great and sauna available. Everything very clean and tidy. Food was great but room service a bit pricey. Close to shopping and business district.

You have a female security guard on site, D....A (I'm sorry, I"m horrible with names - I want to say Daniella, but I don't think that's it) she was so sweet! she managed to calm my crying girl and managed to not only get her in the elevator (she has a fear of them) - but even had her laughing at the end of the ride! Later ended up rescuing my son's beloved stuff animal She seemed to be everywhere at once and just at the right time. We just wanted to say thank you to her, could you do that for us? (also great location, but your security team - angels!)

Great location between everything but it was so noisy. All night long we hearing cars horns and ambulances and people screaming on the street... and we were on 9th floor! We stayed 2 nights and they didnt do room cleaning between the 2 nights, nothing.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had breakfast each morning. Our room was huge with 2 double beds. I could not fault the staff or location. So handy too having the underground walk ways attached to the hotel - would be super handy in winter! I would most definitely stay here again.. location is great too for shopping and visits to CN Tower.

"Very good 2 stays in late September"

My mother and I stayed here tiwice en route to/from Niagara Falls. The first time was a three night stay and the last was a one night saturday night stay. For the last stay we had booked corner suite rooms but at check in was told there were on lower floors but we were able to get delux rooms on the 23rd floor offering great views of the CN tower from one room and Nathan Philips square/city hall from the other room. The rooms were large well apointed and with a good bathroom, fridge and a/c. There was lots of drawer storage space. We had lounge access on the 32nd floor which offered evening snacks and drinks, a good continental breakfast with a few hot items and soft drinks/cookies and tea/coffee during the day. At check in the front deks agent was able to give me a 3pm late checkout on Sunday with no problem which was greatly appreciated before an overnight flight back to the UK. There seemed to be a large group of college students ( I found out later they were from the US and they spoiled the reputation of the majority of college students IMHO) staying on Saturday night and the elevator down to the fitness centre in the evening became full of noisy people who then went into the pool area and outdoor patio as I worked out and were also noisy in the corridor outside the fitness centre ( I thought I heard a bang on the glass as I worked out). After finishing I saw 2 security staff heading up in the lift to a certain floor but the lift stopped at a lower floor with a lot of noise coming from the room corridor and they got out to investigate whilst I went back to the room. The staff were efficient and friendly to me. The next morning I went for a swim before breakfast and there was lots of empty bottles around the pool patio area ( nothing broken) but it was tided up. We did not hear anything on our floor so it looked like the students were not on our floor. The fitness centre and pool ( both indoors and outdoors) were very good. The pool was nice and warm and the hotel is centrally located with a short walk to the subway, Union station, CN Tower, eaton centre and city hall. Despite the rowdy atmosphere encountered on Saturday night it was a very good stay and would stay again,.
