I choose this Hilton for the location. I also understood there to be some recent remodeling. The rooms were nice, couldve been a bit cleaner. It was quite, I was happy about that, but the neighboring room's alarm went off early in the morning, but they fixed it promptly but too late to help. Restrurant is extremely over priced. Suggest looking at bar menu.

worst part: paying to park!! come on- what they charge is ridiculous. these prices are unacceptable. not even close to downtown. on not so pretty bay. no trees. like a lake, disappointed. way far from anything. they charge double for bikes there than anywhere. look around. Prices on restaurant are exorbitant. eat somewhere else. come on people. friendly staff but no one likes to be price gauged on the food and drink- need a free breakfast.

Having stayed at many nice resorts some even in the Hilton family, this ones location and state of property grounds were far below the standard we are use to, I will definitely not be staying at this location again, and will probably look at other brands in future visits.

"Hilton loosing prestige??"

The desk staff was pleasant but devious in their actions. They did not honor my gold membership with the offer of free breakfast or rewards points. We paid for the first mornings breakfast. They failed to consider my obvious disability in their room assignment. Hotel guests should not be subject using a service passageway for room access or egress. I am handicap with a walking disability. The service passageway was dangerously uneven and lots service vehicles and cart traffic I made my reservation online and went for the upgrade online. They never offered a suggestion of a more convenient and safer location for a room for my condition. I felt duped.

We got to the hotel at 11 pm very tired and looking forward for a relaxing weekend The receptionist named Helena was very rude and (even though while I was making the reservation with Hilton's headquarter, they told me the parking was included with our stay).Helena asked me to pay for the parking and when I said it was included didn't believe me and didn't let me park on the property .She left us in a very uncomfortable and unsafe area at 12 midnight to find a parking and then drag our luggage to the room. The next morning she sent me a text that she checked and parking in fact was included with our stay. This was by no means 4 star Hilton Quality
