Fun atmosphere at this hotel. Many places to eat and shop within the hotel property. My group especially enjoyed the pool. I would recommend getting to pool earlier in the day so you are able to get chairs where you like. For a special treat, you might want to consider renting a pool cabana for the day. We loved it and the customer service was excellent!!!

"DO NOT stay here until it becomes a Virgin Hotel"

The only good thing about this hotel was the amazing valet parkers- sad to say. It is obvious they have not put a penny into this place (AND I stayed at the supposedly "newer" suites in the Hard Rock Suites tower. From the faded and non working buttons on the phones, to the constant creaking and banging of the glass windows and air conditioning vents, to the not giving a sh#t attitude of the concierge, front desk and non existent management, there is nothing positive to say about this hotel aside from the great doormen/valets. My electric scooter broke on the second day and after asking concierge if I could rent one, she organized one for me for $45/day (good deal) but none of the Ubers or Lyfts or taxis (and yes I paid extra when ordering the largest ones possible) would put it in their vans, so I never got to use it. As a result, I asked concierge to borrow one and she told me I was not allowed to bring it out of the hotel or casino. Being handicapped this would mean I could go nowhere. One of the fabulous valets allowed me to take it so I could go to the conference I was there for and also meet up with some friends who flew in from out of town to be with me. Also, when I called Yellow Scooters from whom the scooter was rented, they told me they had foldable travel scooters that I could have rented...it was too late at that point and I as very disappointed the concierge did not tell me this- even though I told her I was returning it early since I could not take it anywhere. there was nothing positive about this hotel- it is off the strip and costs a fortune to get to the strip with uber and Lyft travel, and I sure hope Richard Branson fires everyone except the doormen and valets and turns this place around. There is no coffee machine in suites-m if you ship something to yourself they will charge you a hefty fee to receive it, and won't deliver it to you either.....there are too many other amazing hotels for you to even consider this place. I wouldn't even stay there if the rooms were free~!!!! I am hoping Mr. Branson does his usual magic but imagine he can only do the if he tears the place down and rehires and trains staff and only keeps valet and doormen, as I have said many times. Also, pools close at 5pm and they will nickel and dine your or everything. I have stayed at four other hotels in Vegas and this was the worst!!!! I have never given a bad review like this and have traveled the world.Beware!!

One of the bad hotel I ever visited! Open fridge, you will be charged! Once you touch any items on snack bars, you will be charged. The air cond is not serviced, and we need to call the engineers to change to the filter and the previous filter is very dirty! The brand HARD ROCK is cool but not the hospitality and service the hotel has provided.

"Poor service "

Staying here and after two days haven't had room cleaned at all. Staff at reception unhelpful and only offered to get housekeeping to visit on my last night, very pointless. Lack of interest and poor service would make me think again before using again. Would expect more from such a brand.

Lovely stay at the Hard Rock !..what I loved about Vegas hotels other than that the hotels are huge and the rooms are spacious and big is that no matter what time it is the food and entertainment never stops. The hotel is very welcoming and central minutes away from the famous vegas strip. The hotel is super clean and with various food (make sure to grab a slice of pizza), tattoo and clothes shops. The Magic Mike show was our Vegas highlight super sexy, fun and entertaining , so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the hotel. The only dissapointment in this hotel and maybe a suggestion is that since the pool is closed in october we were told to get off the deck chairs by the hotels security and were followed back to the hotel like we are two criminals. I mean it was a super hot sunny day whats wrong with relaxing on a deck chair and not using the pool ? But anyways overall it was a good Vegas hotel experience :)
