Fun atmosphere at this hotel. Many places to eat and shop within the hotel property. My group especially enjoyed the pool. I would recommend getting to pool earlier in the day so you are able to get chairs where you like. For a special treat, you might want to consider renting a pool cabana for the day. We loved it and the customer service was excellent!!!

No wonder Virgin have bought Hard Rock . The rooms and old outdated and no basic facilities in room. No free water , instead $9 a 1L bottle, no coffee making facilities.,. Poor wi-fi signal. This hotel closes Feb 3rd for an 8 month total refurbishment ( thank goodness)

We had a beautiful view of the main strip from the room. It was a nice spacious room. I was disappointed there was not kettle in the room. The casino is run-down in the lobby. A little distant from the other action on the strip. Needs a makeover. The staff were lovely and helpful.

"Fun venue"

Lots of machines to choose from for gambling. Basically a small city. Many restaurants in the building, bars and beer companies as well. Shops for souvenirs and snacks. Very expensive, similar to the airport. $9 for a bottle of water but there is a CVS, and many other stores within a very short walking distance so one can buy items much cheaper. Large TVs abound so watching the game or other sports is easy. Room was spacious and nice. Very quiet. Two TVs in the room so we could watch from the bed or the sitting area. Many families around so not just a gambling venue. Lots of interesting rock items on display; guitars, outfits worn by musicians, etc. Fun venue.

"Loved our stay at the Hard Rock"

We stayed here during our trip to Las Vegas in December 2019. After painstakingly reading through thousands of reviews on Tripadvisor, we finally decided on this one. Although this is off the strip, it was easier getting to any place, thanks to Uber and Lyft. The hotel was clean, rooms were tidied up on all days of our stay and there wasn't any noise disturbance from other rooms. We stayed in the Paradise tower and had a pretty good view of the strip. There's a Dunkin Donuts inside the hotel which was convenient for coffee and breakfast. There are restaurants and convenience stores just outside the hotel too, for those looking for cheaper options. We enjoyed our meal at the Pink Taco as well, which serves good Mexican food with a nice ambience. Check-in and check-out procedures were pretty smooth and we got an upgrade to a nicer room, with 2 queen-sized beds. Overall, we had a great stay at the Hard Rock hotel!

"Closing Feb 3rd - And it is Time!"

25 year old off strip casino hotel that has been neglected and is old, worn and tired looking. Service was fine but the rooms are dated and run down. It will close for 8 months and was bought by Virgin, returning under that brand. It was probably great in Its day for an off strip hotel but desperately needs a new lease on life.
