I will never choose this hotel again. All the breakfast was great. Our rooms smelled really bad like mold. Hair dryer in neither one of the rooms was working. No one never came to service our rooms. We had to find housekeepers in the halls and ask for towels, etc., I address it to the front desk clerk and she told me I will have to talk to Tripster. We did a lot of waiting for the elevator. This was my second time visiting Branson and this hotel was very disappointing.

The Grand Plaza Hotel was exactly what it said. The room was comfortable and clean. The in room jacuzzi was just what we needed after a long drive. When I did have a small problem, the front desk staff took care of the problem quickly. It was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the pub was a great way to end it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We will not choose this hotel again because it is on the side of a mountain and walking to nd from the car is very difficult. Also the room smelled musty, not vent in the bathroom and the soap and shampoo was difficult to use. Also, two small elevators for that huge hotel, waited a lot.

This was a great hotel to stay at . I would enjoy the sunrise during breakfast time , would enjoy the sunset at dinner .. the view at night time is amazing . Terrible stay, don't waste your time with big fancy hotels. Had this place reserved for 5 of my 6 nights in Branson. Room service never came my first full day, came the second day but didn't leave any toilet paper. Shower curtain was way too tall for the shower, layed about 5 inches into the bathtub creating a slip hazard. Biggest problem was everything in the room was damp, nothing would dry. So much moisture in the air with no air movement. 4 of us showering with no exhaust fan then coming back to the room wet from swimming and wet from doing things on the strip could not get anything dry. Had a beach towel hanging up for 72 hours and still wasn't dry entire room was musty every piece of paper in the room was full of moisture. Checked out 2 days early and went back to the $57/night motel I stayed in my first night here.
