Watch Disney’s latest animated hit, Frozen, comes to life on the Broadway stage! Elsa and Anna, two sisters torn apart by a family secret, are on the quest to find love but don’t know to find it. Follow their individual journeys through this musical adventure featuring twice as many songs as the hit film. Just as the sisters do, you’ll soon discover that love is certainly a force of nature!

Do I need to get tickets in advance?
Yes. Broadway shows, such as Frozen, tend to sell out night after night. Reserving your seats in advance guarantees you’ll see the show!
Does my child need a ticket? Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the show?
Yes. All audience members must have a ticket, regardless of age. Frozen is recommended for children ages 8 and up. Kids under the age of 4 are not permitted into the theater.
How long is the show?
The show is 2 hours and 15 minutes long with one intermission.
Does the theater have a dress code?
Dress is casual. Do note that the theater is air conditioned throughout the year.
Can my children meet the actors?
Following the performance, some actors from FROZEN may be available to sign autographs and sometimes even pose for photos. Ask an usher for directions to the Stage Door.
Are there devices for the hard-of-hearing?
Yes. Available free-of-charge inside the lobby.
What time should I arrive at the theater?
Doors open 45 minutes before show time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before show time.
Are there concessions inside the theater?
Yes. Soft drinks, water, cocktails, candy and show merchandise (no food). Food is not allowed inside the theater.
Can I take photographs of the show?
Absolutely NO recording devices are allowed in the theater, including still cameras.
