"Fun place. But not worth the cost and aggravation!"

Could be terrible but will leave a poor rating. Went to Fritz in June 2019 for what we thought would be a great time while on vacation in Branson, MO. While we wanted to enjoy the time with our grandsons but could not do the activities we had to pay for the activities to be allowed to be on the lower level to watch the fun. Paid for videos of our grandsons flights in the Aerodium. Problems with the Aerodium system caused delay. Got access to two videos for two weeks almost a month later and the second video was only 10 seconds long. Contacted Fritz regarding the lacking video and basically was told she would see what she could do. Fast forward one month later, no response, I take that as we don't care we got your money and take what you can get. Can't really show family and friends the videos. I would tell people to be very wary of what you pay for here. Is it really going to be worth the price?

"Nickle and Dime"

Their pricing structure is ridiculous. $29.95 for a 12 year old, $21.95 for a 8 year old--ok, sounds good. 2 parents NOT participating --you think free? Think again. If a child is under 12, a parent has to accompany them to the lower level. What does this cost you to chaperone your own children? $21.95 for a "limited adventurer pass." The other parent?--well just to walk into the top level, that costs $11.95 for a non-adventurer. So, $34 for non-participating parents ($44 if you wanted to be on the same level watching your children). RIDICULOUS RIP OFF. Talk about nickel and diming you to chaperone your own children.

"Fritz's is a lot of fun but the outside via ferrata only has limited hours"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed August 05, 2019 NEW
We really enjoyed Fritz's, but were disappointed after we got there and tried a few of the activities and then asked how to access the via ferrata. The staff told us it doesn't open until 4:00 pm. We had done a via ferrata at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch and really enjoyed it. We could have gone to Fritz's another day had we known, but I never saw the limited hours published anywhere. We picked the last day of our vacation to go there because we were going to be sitting in the car for hours, but unfortunately we had to leave town before the via ferrata opened.
