"Fun!"
March 2019
We spent a couple hours here, our 3 year old LOVED it, but was a little disappointed he couldn't do the bigger stuff. Our 11 year old wasn't a fan of heights so he didn't participate as much. Good family fun for a few hours!

"It's a fun place! Bring the checkbook."
January 2019
Fritz is a fun place for kids and adults of all ages. I would give them a better rating if they didn't charge so much or at least didn't charge people who just want to enter the building to watch their kids or grand-kids have fun. No free entry to this place at all.

Tip: Price. it's going to cost $100+ for a family of 4 or 5.

"Great deal for hours of activities"
September 2018
We loved Fritz’s simply because it kept our kids busy for hours and it only cost 21.95 per kid. We paid $10 per kid to do go karts for only 5-10 minutes, so Fritz’s is obviously the better deal. Plus they got lots of exercise and slept very well that night. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Rather than paying $10 per 5-10 minute go kart or bumper boat ride, we’ll opt for Fritz’s. Oh, and Fritz’s nighttime black lights are awesome!!!

"Great fun but limitations for littles"
April 2018
This place was great! A lot of fun! But only for about a hour to hour and a half for kids under 48”. They have this incredible climbing set up with a zip line and everything but if your little is under 48” they can’t do it. Even though they have harnesses for small children. They have a toddler version but if your kiddo is like mine he could have mastered that at age 2. We were spending his 5th birthday there and he was in tears because they wouldn’t let him do something he could have done no issues. He has done similar course like this at other places. Repelled down walls all on his own, so I didn’t understand why he couldn’t do it. And it really wasn’t made clear to us when we got there that activity would be off limits for him so his little heart was broken on his birthday. Plus there wasn’t any price difference for the restrictions. If they had more items for the under 48” crowd I would have given it 5 stars. But only 3 because I had a heartbroken little boy and it didn’t really seem valid why he couldn’t do it due to having harnesses his size and that I would be going with him.

Tip: Not enough things to do for the under 48” crowd for the money.

Is the ticket good all day?

Yes, your admission ticket/wristband is good all day on the day of purchase. Wristbands are non-transferable and will be voided if removed and reattached. You are permitted to exit and re-enter the building as you please as long as your wristband is intact; they ask that all guests use the exit and entrance turnstiles accordingly. They do not guarantee access to all attractions during your visit. They reserve the right to ask any patron to leave (without refund) if they are being inappropriate, unruly or in direct violation of any posted rule or regulation.

How long should I stay?

The average family spends approximately 2 to 4 hours at Fritz’s Adventure, but some have been known to stay 6+ hours. Wristbands and tickets are valid for an entire day of play at Fritz’s Adventure.

Are there age requirements/restrictions?

Most of the attractions with limitations are categorized by height, but there are a few places that may be restrictive based on age. Example: Adult supervision for all children under the age of 8 is required through the Container Maze. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in “The Pit” (warped wall area). Signs are posted throughout the facility to give further instruction.

Are there height and weight restrictions?

There are minimum height requirements for the slides and harnessed attractions. 4 out of 5 slides have a minimum height requirement of 42". The 3-story Sky Trail™ ropes course and City Wall climbing experience (both requiring harnesses) have a minimum height requirement of 48" with a weight limit of 300 lbs. The outdoor climbing adventure, the Fritz’s Via Ferrata, has a minimum height requirement of 55" and a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs.

Is there anything for toddlers?

Yes, Fritz’s Adventure has plenty of activities and attractions suited perfectly for toddlers.

Do you have a restaurant/sell food?

Fritz’s Café, located on the entry level mezzanine, is open select hours during the attraction’s normal operating hours. These hours will vary seasonally. They serve a light selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and kids meals. They also offer a variety of snacks, bottled water, bottled and fountain drinks.

Can we bring in food?

They do not permit outside food or drink inside the facility. All food and drink purchased within the building must stay on the mezzanine level and is strictly prohibited on the attraction floor. If you bring in a water bottle, it must be empty. You can refill your bottle at the convenient water spouts located near the Café. There are also water fountains located on every level.

Are lockers available?

They have lockers available for rent for $5/day. They are self-service, take cash or credit, and can be accessed unlimited times during the day. Be prepared: certain attractions and high-rise elements require you to empty your hands and pockets of any and all items (phones, keys, wallet, money, etc.) and in such cases, buckets are located nearby for short-term storage only. Fritz’s Adventure is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there a dress code?

They encourage comfortable or athletic attire that allows for movement. Remember that you will be climbing, crawling, crouching and sliding throughout the facility – so plan accordingly. Due to the nature of certain floor and stair elements, skirts and dresses require shorts, leggings or pants be worn underneath.

Do I have to wear shoes?

SHOES ARE REQUIRED. Tennis shoes are preferred, but most shoes with a back or back strap are permitted. Flip-flops, slides and high heels are NOT allowed on certain attractions. If you arrive unprepared, proper footwear can be rented from Fritz’s Outfitters for a fee.

Are we allowed to take photos?

Yes. However, there may be some areas or attractions that don’t permit the use of cell phones or cameras – like the ropes course, suspended bridge and climbing wall. Photographs, film, or videotape may not be taken of individuals without their express permission or, in the case of minors, without the express written permission of parents or legal guardians.
