"Branson is full of hotels"
January 2019
We were excited to stay here, we were sadly disappointed. The beds were ok, slept on worse but also slept on much better. The carpets are old and VERY dirty, need replaced or at least a good cleaning, socks were black after walking on them. Shower was decent, however it was small and nearly impossible to shampoo hair since they installed soap dispensers on the side wall right at the spot where you would stand to shampoo/rinse your hair making it difficult to raise your arms. Placement would have been better on the opposite end of the shower.
Finally, much to our disappointment, we left in a rush and my wife left her pajamas hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We contacted the front desk as soon as we realized it, and they stated that only the bottoms were in the lost and found, not the top, which was odd since they were together, leaving us only one assumption, housekeeping gained a pajama top. When we contacted them we asked that they ship the bottoms to us and we would gladly pay shipping. After only two emails they have neglected to answer and we have not received the pajamas. I even went so far as to call (which I waited to do since it wasn't an immediate need) and once I explained why I was calling I was put on hold and left there for nearly 20 minutes with no one ever returning to the phone. Next call got "disconnected" when I was put on hold.

Sadly we have come to the conclusion that this management/staff is not able to deal with issues head on and admit to a mistake. The accommodations were not wonderful and with so many options in Branson we will not be staying here again.

It was nice for the country living view. I'm a city girl myself. We requested 1st floor and got 3rd floor and no elevator.

"Not as advertised"
October 2018
Reason for the stay at this hotel was for the relaxing view of the creek which was empty when arrived.
The juice machine was broken for breakfast leaving only water and coffee as choices for drinks, milk was out for the cereal and no yogurt was available.
Shower head leaked
Cleaning person cleaned room and left a big wet spot on the right side of the bed on the floor

The room was clean and pleasant. I liked the quiet environment of the setting for the motel. Even though it was a little drive to activities, it was worth it.

"We were disappointed"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed May 22, 2019 NEW
We chose this hotel out of the hundreds in Branson because I found a great Groupon rate, the rooms and grounds looked clean, it had a pool, and it was veteran-owned. As a military family, we like to support fellow veterans. The positive: the rooms were clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. The creek area was nice, and the grounds were clean and maintained. It's also convenient that the inn sits between two restaurants. Now for the negative: The pool was closed for repairs but we were assured it would be open the following day. However, after informing a disappointed family who were coming back from finding the pool close, they let us know that they had been told the same thing the day before. The pool never did end up being opened, and there weren't any fire pit areas for us to make s'mores, which is what I had planned for our first night so we kind of ended up with nothing to do. We ended up finding a place to take some Old Tyme Photos and spent the rest of the evening hanging out in our room. My oldest was very disappointed to say the least. There wasn't a microwave in the room, which was inconvenient the first night because we were traveling with a baby and needed to warm bottles. However, after the first night of not being able to swim and having a lot of time to kill, I read to inn manual and discovered I could rent one from the front office. Despite having listed quite hours, the people above us were apparently playing hop skotch all night long and the people next door to us were yelling and banging around most of the night. Our second night, as I was laying in bed, I glanced over and happened to notice a pile of cat poop behind one of the chairs. I do realize they have some pet rooms available, however as far as I know, I did not reserve a pet room. We let the front desk know what happened and my husband cleaned it up. The next morning at check out, the front desk manager apologized and let me know that the housekeeper had been let go that same morning. That made me feel horrible. She also offered me a 15% discount per night if we gave them a second chance, so I do appreciate that they tried to resolve the issue, however we won't be back.

I booked this hotel based on reviews from Tripadvisor. How any reviewers of this hotel can rate this hotel Excellent or very good is a mystery to me. My room had stained carpet, worn out towels and was very basic in every aspect. Thankfully I only booked one night. The staff was really nice; however Fall Creek Inn is an old Economy hotel.

"Decent Motel"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed April 29, 2019 NEW
I won a trip with Summer Winds which ended with me at this motel. It was clean and the customer service was great. The not so great things. I was unaware that there was no elevator and with an infant we had tons of stuff to haul up to our room which ended up being on the 3rd floor. The room had no trash can at all, I will say we called and they brought us one right away. I do agree with another review that a fridge and or microwave would have been nice. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was lacking. The "deluxe" continental breakfast was a joke, it was basic continental: cereal, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal and waffles/pancake maker (which they were not so great) and juice and coffee. Would not recommend unless you just want to cheap basics.

"Not what I thought"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed March 23, 2019
I booked this motel cause I thought it was one I stayed at previously before but it was not. But it's ok since I booked this room for cheap. The location is a little far from the strip. At first they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet but we got our room switched. I think the bathrooms could use a renovation. Wished the room came with microwave and refrigerator. It's not a bad place to stay but I wouldn't book again.

Had horrible wet dog dirty smell. Not clean, found dirty razor by the bed. Never left toilet paper, had to go buy our own. Towels felt like sand paper. Will not stay there again. The shower was broken and had someone else’s hair all over it.
