"Great place to stay."
July 2019 NEW
My husband and I made reservations for 3 nights. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us, was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The office and breakfast area is very clean. The grounds were clean, very well kept. Our room was clean, the AC was on, the beds are comfy. Housekeeping did a good job on cleaning our room. It's a quiet place, not far off the busy Branson strip, easy to get to all of the attractions and not too far to Silver Dollar City. The pool is very clean, well kept. Their's a creek on the backside, nice to sit and enjoy. They have picnic tables and a couple of bbq grills you can use. There's a great steak house on one side and a great BBQ restaurant on the other within in walking distance. I would stay here anytime and would highly recommend to anyone. This place is American and Veteran Owned and are very nice people.

July 2019 NEW
When we arrived the room wasn't ready due to lack of housekeeping staff and fourth of July weekend people leaving after checkout time. The room was mostly clean, some trash found between bed and night stand. Room did not have fridge or microwave, took 4 requests for the fridge before one was found. Way understaffed or prepared for the events that happened that weekend. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. Had to ask for towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. There is a swimming pool, horse shoe games at the creek side, nice view of the creek on the back side of the inn. There is a steakhouse to one side and bbq place on the other. Water pressure was horrible and the shower head was loose so it made it difficult to shower. Overall our stay wasn't bad, they were just way understaffed to handle things. We were not able to partake in the free continental breakfast due to not being able to wake up early enough since we stayed out so late on the town. Most of the staff was very friendly and understanding.

Tip: Mini fridge and microwave are not in the rooms and will cost extra on top of the room cost for each day that you use them.

"Branson is full of hotels"
January 2019
We were excited to stay here, we were sadly disappointed. The beds were ok, slept on worse but also slept on much better. The carpets are old and VERY dirty, need replaced or at least a good cleaning, socks were black after walking on them. Shower was decent, however it was small and nearly impossible to shampoo hair since they installed soap dispensers on the side wall right at the spot where you would stand to shampoo/rinse your hair making it difficult to raise your arms. Placement would have been better on the opposite end of the shower.
Finally, much to our disappointment, we left in a rush and my wife left her pajamas hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We contacted the front desk as soon as we realized it, and they stated that only the bottoms were in the lost and found, not the top, which was odd since they were together, leaving us only one assumption, housekeeping gained a pajama top. When we contacted them we asked that they ship the bottoms to us and we would gladly pay shipping. After only two emails they have neglected to answer and we have not received the pajamas. I even went so far as to call (which I waited to do since it wasn't an immediate need) and once I explained why I was calling I was put on hold and left there for nearly 20 minutes with no one ever returning to the phone. Next call got "disconnected" when I was put on hold.

Sadly we have come to the conclusion that this management/staff is not able to deal with issues head on and admit to a mistake. The accommodations were not wonderful and with so many options in Branson we will not be staying here again.

"Not as advertised"
October 2018
Reason for the stay at this hotel was for the relaxing view of the creek which was empty when arrived.
The juice machine was broken for breakfast leaving only water and coffee as choices for drinks, milk was out for the cereal and no yogurt was available.
Shower head leaked
Cleaning person cleaned room and left a big wet spot on the right side of the bed on the floor

Had 2 rooms reserved for 5 nights each for a total of over $900.00. Day 1 - No soap in the showers, Bugs on the inside of the windows, carpet had not been vacuumed, freezer in small fridge was frozen over. Complained at front desk. Day 2 - Housekeeping knocked at 9:00 a.m. and asked if we needed our room cleaned or just wanted fresh towels (mmm thought housekeeping was included according to their website), no soap in showers, door left open and upon return, flies everywhere inside the rooms, freezer still frozen over so small fridge still freezing items, dead bugs on the tile as you stepped on tile right inside the room, still no vacuumed run. Complained at front desk, again.... Day 3 - Housekeeping once more knocked at 9:00 a.m. and inquired as to we wanted to rooms made up or just hand us fresh towels, (not sure what is with them against cleaning rooms when the advertised housekeeping services), no soap left in the showers, no clean towels left, by now carpet is really dirty because they still did not run the vacuum, tile right inside the door is really dirty by now, bathroom floor in both rooms Day 4 - Need I say more..... problems continue, complaints continue, no response except "sorry" . You may ask, "why didn't you check out and move to another hotel", answer - It was 4th of July weekend and we contacted several different places ( and trust me, I do mean SEVERAL and everyone was booked because of the Holiday. I ask anyone that is planning ahead, please look into other lodging while in Branson, this was differently not worth the money and services were poor, carpeting is filthy, linens are stained. I mentioned to the manager that I would be writing a poor review and his comment was "OK, I understand" That alone should tell you how much they care about customer service.

"Comfortable and Convenient "

We stayed during a recent visit to Branson and selected this place specifically because it was pet friendly. The Inn is located away from busy US 76, on a quiet stream, but just minutes from all attractions and dining. It is an older establishment, and the rooms could use some updating, but it is clean and comfortable. The Inn has a nice sitting area by the creek, horse shoe pit, and pool. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The Inn offers a small breakfast with limited choices( cereal, waffles, bagels) but it was adequate. If you are looking for a pet friendly place, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, then this place fits the bill.

We really liked our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Now for the reason for 4 stars and not 5. The counter in the bathroom was cracked/broken. The Continental Breakfast was good but they advertise on their website they have fresh fruit. Out of 4 days, only one morning had "fresh" fruit which consisted of only oranges. When we read they served fresh fruit, we thought maybe some berries and maybe more than one piece of fruit.
