The tower consists of 7 floors. 5 of the floors give a history of both Cape Canaveral and the Port. There is a very interesting movie. The 7th floor provides an outside circular view of the area. There is a gift shop on the first floor.

"very cool."

This is a very cool place. It is so hard to squeeze in if you're doing all the parks, but if you have an extra day, do it. I Yes with the money for the views, by because they open so late, you can't do it before a park not can you do it on the way to Kennedy. They need to open way earlier. Our maybe they should be a 24 hour thing. That would be neat. Lets face it, people come here for the mouse....

The view is amazing of beautiful Port Canaveral, day or night. On launch nights, it is open late and is a great place to watch a launch from Cape Kennedy Space Center. We took our daughter and grandsons during the day. The tower has 7 levels; 4 of which are loaded with amazing exhibits depicting sea life and the history of the Canaveral area. Other levels are available for events or just observation decks. The kids loved the sculptures hanging in the lobby, that were made from junk that was collected from the ocean. Very reasonable admission especially if you use Groupon. Gift shop has a lot of very unique items.

Visited with my family and found this place to be a worthwhile stop if you are in the area. The information about Florida and the Cape Canaveral area were very interesting. I found the 6th floor Air & Space Port to be awesome (next best thing to the Kennedy Space Center) Very educational. Also a great view of the entire port area from the 7th floor observation deck. Close to the cruise terminals also.

Went here with my mother October 2017. If you are interested in history, or even if you don’t, I recommend this place! They have. Movie and exhibits about the history of Port Canaveral, and also some about the space program that was really cool. They have a Simulator where you drive the boat that intercepts cruise ships that come into port and leave with them that was fun. And they have an observation deck where you can get an awesome view of the cruise ships! We saw Disney, Silversea, and the German Cruise ship Mein Schiff 6 from there that day. I was able to take quite a few beautiful pictures of them! And they have the thing you can look through and see the launch pads and the Vehicle Assembly building at KSC from there as well. We had the best time there!

The Exploration Tower is a wonderful place to learn about Cape Canaveral and "explore" the area. We have been there 3 times now as we enjoy going to the top floor to view the whole Cape Canaveral area. You can see quite far from up there andit is very interesting to see the cruise ships in port.
