This hotel is really nice. We stayed two nights just for a little get away weekend needing some fun and a break. We had a private balcony and fireplace. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Also it's just a few minutes walk from the main strip. We ate, shopped, and had a great time. The hotel staff was so nice and personable. We will be staying here again for certain.

Love staying here; it’s always clean and close to everything. It is an older hotel so it but that isn’t a bad thing. We try to stay here a few times a year. They have the typical continental breakfast food , it does change depending on the day of the week. The kids love staying here for the indoor outdoor pool.

The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay for the most part but I am in a wheelchair and the room we had was supposedly handicap accessible. The door way was too narrow and the room was set up so there was no way to get my chair in the room without hitting everything! The bed was TOO HIGH and I needed help to even get in it! The toilet was VERY low and I had difficulty getting up without help (that I do not usually need) Our biggest complaint was the parking. Very few handicap spaces and they were always full. My husband had to leave me at the hotel in my chair alone and drive our van to the alternate parking lot which is several blocks away. Thank goodness we found a security guard on our last day that saved a spot for us so my husband could walk over and get the van and bring it back to pack. That is when security told us we could have said something to the front desk and they would have helped us find a parking spot at the hotel. That should have been something that we were told when we first checked in and they knew I was handicapped.

"All rooms updated!"

On previous reviews, I suggested that the hotel needs an face lift. They did it!! It's been painted inside and out and more important, the rooms have been redone. Bathrooms are all new. The bedrooms are all new with new mattresses which are great! This has been our go to place in Gatlinburg because it's close to the Parkway but just far enough that you don't get the noise from the Parkway. The breakfast every morning has a good selection of both hot and cold breakfast items. I've heard a lot about parking problems....a problem that exists only for the giant SUVs that try to park there. For you SUV drivers, park in the pay lot across the street.

The toilets do not flush well in the rooms or in the lobby, parking in the parking garage is a hassle, especially if alot if people staying at the hotel.air conditioning unit in the room was loud and ran almost constant, you could not hear the TV over the unit. Hotel itself needs an update.
