The front desk staff is top notch. The location is perfect, central to all attractions. We had a medical issue and had to leave a day early and The Edgewater and Tripster were both awesome and very accommodating.

Tip: The back of the hotel is quiet but the view is a wall of dirt. The balcony does not offer a view, but is fine to sit for a bit.

This hotel is really nice. We stayed two nights just for a little get away weekend needing some fun and a break. We had a private balcony and fireplace. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Also it's just a few minutes walk from the main strip. We ate, shopped, and had a great time. The hotel staff was so nice and personable. We will be staying here again for certain.

We had another great stay here Saturday Dec. 28th. When I booked the lady was very nice and told me in advance that there would be lots of kids/teenagers in the hotel due to a Youth Conference going on in Gatlinburg at the a Convention Center. I expected that the elevator would be slow due to kids running up and down. The elevator was fine no problem what so ever, but we did have a problem with the kids running up and down the hall, slamming doors and sounding as if they were coming through the walls. Where were the adults that was supervising these kids? Well long story short at about 12:30am I called the front desk and told them what was going on and it wasn’t 5 minutes until the problem was taken care of. A big shout out to the man that took care of this. We got a good nights sleep and will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, super convenient and short walking distance to all main attractions. Check in/check out was super easy. I'm one of those people that checks for bed bugs and nastiness and our room was super clean. The parking garages are a little tight but I wouldn't expect any different staying in a hotel on the side of a mountain. If you feel you need more space than provided there are plenty of parking options adjacent to the hotel. We never waited longer than 30 seconds for an elevator the 4 days we were there. My daughter loves the heated pool, would just suggest more indoor seating. Our king room facing the city/river was perfect and the bed was super comfy. We will definitely be back! Also, ask the font desk about discount tickets to the aquarium which is a 5 min walk away.

We stay here for a few nights at least once a year. Sometimes twice. The location is the best. Sure the parking places are tight but I always feel my car is safe and out of the weather. The breakfast is always tasty whether biscuits and gravy, great scrambled eggs(not those little round eggs other places have) or waffles and sausage, etc. The staff which we know by name after many years, Roberta, Robbie, Lori, Lisa, Nicole, Pete, Gary, Leonard, Chris, Kristina, and probably a few I forgot. We love the view of the town and the river below from the street side balcony. The mountain side is good also if you prefer a little more secluded! This may not be The Hilton, but probably a whole lot less stuffy and a bunch easier on the wallet! Love this place and all the people that keep it special!

The beds were almost comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool area was nice for 10-15 but too small for a soccer team of 17. Hot tub is big enough for 6-7 adults. The tv only gets 15 channels and no movie channels. The comforter was musty and had not been cleaned in a while! Parking garage was a nightmare. The parking spaces were tiny. The ceiling is really low even for a Toyota Sienna. You would be better parking on the street out front. The snack machine was almost empty. The breakfast was good. Several waffle makers for multiple kids to play with. Coke products on site. We would only stay here again if there was no other decently priced option!
