"Worst experience"
January 2019
This place is not even a hotel. It has people living there. The rooms are falling apart. Toilets are from gas stations, bed sheets sticky, room phone didnt work, tv's are from 1980s, hot is cold and cold is hot in the shower and the tub did not drain. The hallways are very sketchy and puddles of water which make it unsafe to walk. The pool has algae on the bottom floor, breakfast was low quality had to leave to Dunkin Donuts. Would never recommend or stay here again. They claimed to have a fitness center but they said I needed to sign a waiver to just SEE it??. I did not understand this place.

First off the pool was disgusting along with the hallways and game room garbage and trash everywhere multiple phone books and garbage in the pool. They have no change to give you for the game room. Every room came with a flat screen except ours also with NO remote to the television.

"Worst hotel i have ever stayed in"
June 2017
It was filthy, felt like no air. Couldnt charge phones bc the outlets were unsafe and would fall straight out.Smelled like mildew ...stains on covers and curtains and the state had shut their pool down and made me quiver... Only reason i booked was bc it was close to lego land but recommend people to not stay here

"Really Gross"

Came for a day trip to legoland with kids only.Spend the extra $$ & book LEGO resort. This place is another crappy franchised motel that does not enforce standards. 1. No signage for hotel until you walk in lobby & name streams on a screen. 2. Room is gross mold On tiles & vents, filthy carpet, smell can’t be covered up, ac does not work on 97degree day, bugs flying in room 3. front desk person tried insisting she hold my Id so I could inspect room (arrived at 830) did not want to run back & forth- she seemed to be aware room was likely unacceptable, 4. This place does not feel safe- it is run down and other guest are disgusting- a gaggle of female something’s physically decided to gather in front of my car in the registration drive thru- I asked politely if they could move over so I could proceed forward since someone pulled up behind me- these hostile females complained “why doesn’t she back up”? So, really great Family atmosphere if you’re a flea.

"Great Location, Comfy Bed"

Stayed here with wife and grandson on our tip to Legoland. This hotel is in a great location right across from the park. It is walking distance to some restaurants with a Walgreen's next door. The hotel is a bit dated, but room was very clean and comfy. Everything worked and there was plenty of hot water. Though we didn't use the pool, we did go look at it and will definitely bring a swimsuit next time. Checking in/out was a breeze and we got one heck of a deal on the internet. There was plenty of parking and we felt perfectly safe. We will definitely be regulars when we come back to Legoland.

When I read other reviews on the hotel I was skeptical about staying there. There are 2 different hotels in one. I stayed in the econo lodge side. The rooms were outdated but clean and I would definitely stay again.

This place got a lot of negative reviews. But it’s not that bad. If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel for $60 a night, you are being unrealistic. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We found 3 bugs in our room and I notified the front desk and without hesitation, they gave us another room. The 2nd room smelled better and had no bugs. It’s old and a bit run down but you can’t beat the location if you’re in town for LEGOLAND.

"Old Best Western"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed March 03, 2019
This hotel appears to be an old Best Western that needs serious updating. Our room was dark and dingy. The room next to ours had a missing door handle and looked like it was being used for storage. There was a bar or restaurant somewhere near the hotel that played LOUD music until 11 p.m. I called the manager to complained and he said unless it was coming from inside the hotel there wasn't anything he could do. When I asked if he could call the police to complain, he said maybe or I should call them. I did call the police but their response time was going to be maybe 45 minutes and that there was a noise ordinance at 11 p.m. The manager said he couldn't move us to another room as the hotel was full. I spoke with the manager at check out in the morning and suggested that the hotel needed to speak with its neighbors regarding loud music and respect for others.
