"Worst experience"
January 2019
This place is not even a hotel. It has people living there. The rooms are falling apart. Toilets are from gas stations, bed sheets sticky, room phone didnt work, tv's are from 1980s, hot is cold and cold is hot in the shower and the tub did not drain. The hallways are very sketchy and puddles of water which make it unsafe to walk. The pool has algae on the bottom floor, breakfast was low quality had to leave to Dunkin Donuts. Would never recommend or stay here again. They claimed to have a fitness center but they said I needed to sign a waiver to just SEE it??. I did not understand this place.

"ZERO STARS!"
December 2017
First off the pool was disgusting along with the hallways and game room garbage and trash everywhere multiple phone books and garbage in the pool. They have no change to give you for the game room. Every room came with a flat screen except ours also with NO remote to the television.

"Worst hotel i have ever stayed in"
June 2017
It was filthy, felt like no air. Couldnt charge phones bc the outlets were unsafe and would fall straight out.Smelled like mildew ...stains on covers and curtains and the state had shut their pool down and made me quiver... Only reason i booked was bc it was close to lego land but recommend people to not stay here

I usually book through Hotwire as I enjoy the trill of not knowing the hotel before I book. I paid over $85 and feel it was about $35 to $40 over priced. It was confusing as Quality Inn and the Econo Lodge are the exact same hotel. It is extremely run down but I can tell they are trying to make improvements. The outside looks like the ‘projects’ as every window has a different color panel. There is garbage all around the outside and some rooms were even missing windows. Front desk guy was pleasant and told me I could look at the room before I continued our reservation. I decided to just go with it. The furniture is old and I thought the massive headboards were going to fall on us as we slept as they are not attached to the wall nor beds. Air conditioner didn’t work but as the guy who is remodeling the rooms was leaving at 10pm, we asked if he could fix. He tried a bit and said he’d be back. Came back with a ladder and it was fixed within 10 minutes. He too was friendly. Towels are thin, pillows were awful, tv didn’t work (tv was too old as all channels were blurry), desk chair was broken and shower had no regulater (would all of a sudden get extremely hot without touching faucet) but had a lot of pressure! Beds were comfortable but doubles. Location is amazing as it is right by Legoland. Front desk guy let us park our vehicle all day as we walked to Legoland saving us the $25 parking fee. Would have been nice to have a Shuttle to Legoland as it is .75 mile walk (tough with a 3yr old, especially walking around park all day). Used the laundry room, it was extremely dirty. Hot tub was down, looked like it has been broken for years. Breakfast was extremely depressing. Not much there, no fruit and the few rolls they set out were from a Walmart’s day old box, you know, with the big yellow discount sticker. Pool area was dated but looked ok. Kids wanted to swim but it was too cold.

Hall floor was gross. Hotel room was dated. But it was convenient. Right across the street from LEGOLAND. And most of all cheap. I can’t expect much for the price. I’d rather spend my time at LEGOLAND than the hotel.

DON'T stay here no matter the convenience. We decided to take a side trip to Legoland while visiting Disney. We read the reviews and decided they weren't so bad not to stay. The proximity to Legoland was fantastic. However, it is not worth it. At first,I gave them my passport to check in as identification. He said he couldn't accept it. Uh, ok?!? Me and my two daughter's go to our room on the third floor. The hallway looked like something from a horror film. There was stains on everything, walls, carpet, ceiling, chairs. We get to our room and can't get in even though the light was green. While we stood out in the hall, we heard dripping from the ceiling. We looked across in the room that was open. The ceiling had fallen down due to a water leak and water was flooding the room. Once we got in, we felt the need to check the beds. We pulled back the sheets to reveal what looked like a murder scene. I was ready to leave, but we were too tired from our flight. We stayed away from the hotel breakfast for fear of what we'd see. Honestly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough. I left a similar review on Booking.com. Apparently, the hotel didn't like it. They marked our reservation as a no show,so it wouldn't post. I sent proof of payment and was told they still didn't have record. It should definitely be on Hotel Impossible or shut down. I wish I'd taken pictures, but didn't want to freak my kids out.

We stayed here for two nights because of the very close proximity to Legoland. It’s very old and sketchy. The lobby is very nice and recently redone. That’s where they fool you. The pool is huge and decent (12 feet deep), but during our hour at the pool, we saw a “business transaction” between two guests. That was followed by the head housekeeper walking around screaming at another housekeeper on speakerphone for not cleaning the rooms on the first floor first! Complete trash. I’m sure many people are living at this hotel full time. The room was small and old. Beds were squeaky and killed my back. Pillows were cheap and flat. TV only had 3 channels available. Breakfast wasn’t edible. There is an IHOP and McDonald’s down the street. It was just terrible. Don’t do it.

I had read reviews that weren't kind.Man they were right. All the carpeting was filthy, stained and torn ripped. One elevator was out of order, the other one was very slow and had an inspection that had expired on 8/19.Two of the electrical outlets in the upgraded king suite didn't work.Exhaust fan ran constantly in the bath room with no cut off switch At breakfast the butter spread had separated into a gooy mess.Walls all over the hotel had unrepaired holes.Doors hanging open, bathroom outside of dining out of order, and judging by hand written sign had been like this for a long time.Im sorry I used choice privilege points 12,000 of them to stay here. This place is a nasty dump
