Got a 1 bedroom room for a quick 4 day. Everything was great. We love Wilderness lodge ... direct to the room with no check in. Asked for extra towels and bath lotions ... no problem. We will be back for more fun..

I stayed at Wilderness Lodge for 2 nights many years ago and loved it, so wanted to try Boulder Ridge Villas. We are 2 Adults and 2 kids aged 3.5 years old and the other 10 months old. We booked via a DVC rental company and rented points for a Studio Villa - standard view. We were in room 1516 and loved it. The place is such a quiet haven, makes you really relax after a day at the parks. We didn't use the main pool, only the Boulder Ridge pool and the splash pad at the main lodge. Loved both, the best thing about the Boulder Ridge pool are the cabana like structures that offer shade and loungers for FREE!! Was so great for this pale Aussie and her kids. Things we really loved about Boulder Ridge/Wilderness Lodge - Lobby CM's were fantastic, our Eldest DD got ill and needed medical attention they gave me brochures and within an hour a Doctor was in our room and prescribing medication. The cost wasn't astronomical and was all covered by our travel insurance - what service! - On site activities, we loved Bingo the most, so much fun and FREE! - The Boat to MK, what a treat that is. Getting to MK by boat is bliss and you don't have to fold your stroller in the larger boats - perfect for late nights when kids are asleep - Artist Point storybook dining - a highlight of our trip, the Queen is worth the price of this meal alone - The atmosphere, the place is reeking of tranquility, I absolutely adored this resort - Our Studio room was a very large size compared to our previous rooms we stay in at WDW (usually Value resorts) we will never go back again to Values after being in Studio Villas Thing we didn't like so much - Roaring Fork QS, the menu is limited and the same every day. We stayed for 6 nights so it got a little "old" quickly I've heard on some other places online that the room we were in 1516 because it overlooks the pathway that it can be noisy - we didn't hear a thing from it. The room was the quietest place I've ever stayed in, EVER! Our 3.5 year old loved the Murphy Bed and I loved the faucets in the bathroom and vanity area, the attention to detail here was astounding. The artwork in the bathroom was also especially sweet. Our 10 month old used the provided pack and play and it was in good clean condition and came with good clean sheets. The storage in the room was adequate, they had two large cupboards for bags etc and a good sized dresser for clothes. I can't wait to go back to Boulder Ridge in 2 years.

We stayed at Boulder Ridge in early September for a couple of nights - we normally do at least one weekend on property during EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. This year this was all that we could get during the Festival window - waited to long. Had not been to Boulder Ridge in a while - even though this was not our first choice, it did not disappoint. We had a little issue at check in but that was resolved professionally and quickly - got some express passes for our stay. Had a great time - checked in Friday evening after work - went straight to our room and then Geyser Point Bar and Grill (see additional review). We had a 1 bedroom and everything was clean, fresh, airy and relaxing. Bus ride over to EPCOT on Saturday and then back to the room around 1300 - time for a dip in the pool - great pool, nice refreshing water - waiter service from the Geyser Point Bar and Grill - even though the sign says no Food or Drink in the pool area. Just a very relaxing weekend and would put Boulder Ridge at the top of my list even though it is just a little off the beaten path. PS You cannot walk from there to anywhere - bus, car or taxi - but we enjoy taking the bus.

"Moldy HVAC - addressed promptly after making TripAdvisor review"

Just returned from an 8-day stay in a Villa unit on the 5th floor. Overall had a nice stay and enjoyed the unit. We were actually near the elevator (first unit on the left, as you exit the elevator) though fortunately we could not hear the elevator through the walls. Elevator mechanicals, electrical room, ice machine etc, seem pretty quiet and isolated. I did have one initial concern upon check-in - the vent in the master BR had a good amount of dark mold on it, and the vent was directed at our faces while sleeping. I posted a review here on TripAdvisor our first night, with a picture of the vent...it was a very busy week and did not pursue the front desk, we just figured we'd ride it out and hopefully not be bothered by mold smells. However upon checking out the last day, I looked at the vent again and realized it was totally clean... like, thoroughly clean. So the property checks TripAdvisor reviews and must've sent someone into the room to address the concern right away which is awesome. Note the other vents were all clean in the first place, it was just the master BR vent that had the mold - but it was certainly cleaned up by someone after I wrote my TripAdvisor review. We felt fine all week sleeping in the unit and didn't have any problems. I'm not sure what else they'll have to do with the system to prevent mold on the vent again, but the property did address my concern promptly which is very appreciated. Would return to this property.

"Clean hotel"

Very clean rooms/ hotel, grounds kept gorgeous as well. Lots black snakes in the grass near the water but they keep to themselves. Saw lots cute bunnies too. Wish menus had more options and I wish the staff didn’t jump down my throat the moment I was walking in with luggage to talk about taking taking a tour. After traveling all day with 3 kids I was exhausted and just wanted to get to my room and this woman was all over me hounding me to join a meeting. Definitely a major turn off. Never had this happen before at a Disney resort and this will stop me from visiting here again. Will go back to one of the other resorts I have been too since it never happened there. Definitely should lay off being to forward especially when someone is just checking in with tons of luggage.
