"Blood, Bugs, and Semen"
November 2018
If negative stars were available, that's what this hotel would have gotten. There were blood stains and cigarette burns on the comforter, every piece of linen including the towels were dirty, there was a white caked on substance streaking the side of the night stand, I was awoken at 1a.m. by an insect crawling on my mouth.
We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but decided to leave after one. The next morning I asked for a full refund of our stay. The manager would not refund the night we stayed since we should have reported the problem "within the hour of check-in".

Very small pool, didn't see a jacuzzi, broken furniture sitting out next to vending machines in hallway, food from previous tenant under bed, AC slow to cool room. I don't think you should have to pay top dollar for something that should be a "gimme" like these things I listed.

What do you expect from a Quality Inn? This one has some updates for the rooms, micowave, fridge. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay--waffles, biscuits& Gravey as well as cold cereal, muffins, toast, etc. Staff was helpful in recommending a restaurant for delivery (there's not much in walking distance.) Fine for our one-night stay.

The people at the front desk were amazing they went above and beyond for us as far as letting me e mail tickets to them personally and she printed them for me. They were very kind to our children as well.

1- Staff is lacking any personality. Since I checked in 18 hrs ago there has been 4 employees I have came into contact with. ALL OF THEM ARE BOTHERED BY GUESTS. Check in clerk never looked up, smiled, made any friendly comments, and wasn’t going to show me an invoice just asked for my card and I declined to give it to her until she let me review my booking. 2- “BREAKFAST” - hope you like bread. Seriously. Muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit loops, sliced bread, biscuits & water gravy. That’s it. No protein options AT ALL. 3- checked in at 2:45 pm. My booking.com reservation said room would be ready at 2. Got there, checked in, went to room- he was still in it “cleaning”. Literally passed him in the door. Room was wiped down and smelled fresh but one TP roll was empty and an empty Soap wrapper behind the door. 4- TV is like watching illegal cable in the 90s. WE WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Lacking in every aspect. Should be a HALF star hotel.
