"If I could do over, I would not!"
October 2019
So far we have had to move rooms once, our first room was filthy, they have not replaced towels or made up either rooms since Sunday! When I spoke to the clerk on duty today, his attitude was not his problem. If I had not spent all this money I would move out now! But Tripster would not reimburse and my daughters vacation would be ruined.

"Blood, Bugs, and Semen"
November 2018
If negative stars were available, that's what this hotel would have gotten. There were blood stains and cigarette burns on the comforter, every piece of linen including the towels were dirty, there was a white caked on substance streaking the side of the night stand, I was awoken at 1a.m. by an insect crawling on my mouth.
We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but decided to leave after one. The next morning I asked for a full refund of our stay. The manager would not refund the night we stayed since we should have reported the problem "within the hour of check-in".

"Keep Driving past the BUGS!"

My wife and I stayed af the Days Inn just off exit 407, busy freeway. We arrrived Christmas night. The room was very simple, yet comfortable. We awoke in the morning to fjnd that Santa had left us BED BUGS—a very unwelcome guest. We took photos, video and showed the front desk. We were informed that we would be contacted by management. No call. We contacted Wyndham hotel department... no call back. The owner and operating mgr was in India— we spoke to him a week later. He denied that his hotel had BUGS I referred him to his staff and was promised a call back. No call. No adjustment to the bill. No refund. No hope for this place. We will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again and if we learn it’s a Wyndham property— I pass! And oh yes, Merry Christmas.

"Very old and dated property"

Our first clue should have been the peeling pain on the exterior of the building. This property is old and in need of many repairs. The hair dryer in our room came off the wall bracket and I could not get it back up.. My husband got his tools and fixed it. The bottom drawer in the dresser would not open so we had just one drawer in the room to use. Although the temperatures were in the 90's, the pool had been emptied. The ashtray's on the exterior were overflowing with cigarettes. This property is in desperate need of tender loving care.

"Clean room"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Doors facing the outside. Elevator was broke, that’s a long walk up steps to 3rd floor. Location is convenient to the interstate. The don’t have an indoor pool, hot tub or fitness center. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Because of the price, it’s a good place to stay for one night while traveling

"DO NOT STAY HERE EVER"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed December 16, 2019
Don't be fooled by the pictures online! The hotel is run down and filthy! We were sent to the wrong room, after we paid extra for two queens. The elevators were down and covered in yellow caution tape. No one told us, we had to carry all of our luggage up steps! Then we were sent to another room, it smelled of smoke really bad! Mold in the bathroom and the room was filthy. The lot was un-maintained! Trash and cigarette butts everywhere! Hotel staff was not very friendly or apologetic for anything. The continental breakfast was a joke. We had to go eat elsewhere each morning. The bed KILLED my back and the bathrooms are so small you almost cant shut the door! I will NEVER stay here again! Worst trip to Tennesse with my family EVER!~

Not clean at all. Smelled horrible. My wife had to clean it herself after being told no one was available to clean it. Toilet issues are I was told again that nobody was available to fix it. They were nice enough to tell me where the plunger was and I fixed it myself.
