Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. My family stayed 2 night for Disney and had a pleasant experience. The only issue I had was that the AC unit was old and was in an awkward location (it blew on the side of the bed and I couldn't adjust it, as if the bed was in the way of the air flow). I would recommend to others to stay here and I will stay here again for our next trip.

Although it's not walking distance to either parks this is a great place. Our room was ordinary but had a fridge and microwave. We didn't spend anytime there so it didn't matter just needed to sleep! Good location only a $10 uber to the parks. Or they have shuttle that goes twice to Disney and once to universal everyday. Staff was friendly. Hot Breakfast was decent.

The check in we pretty easy. I have always stayed at country inn and suites no matter when I travel, what makes this one different is they have this huge breakfast buffet, we were there for 2 nights and they did it each morning, please bring your own snacks and drinks for the night, the little store they have at the hotel is pricey. there is a store 3 mins away.the rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping services are outstanding!

Tip: Don't take the shuttle to Universal, yes it is free but they make about 4 stops at different hotels, call a taxi to take you, it's under $10

Large and comfortable rooms for that price, very good service and attention. The only thing to improve is the little musty smell that comes for the hallway and rooms but that doesn't affect the over all experience that much. It is a very good hotel in general terms

We booked two rooms in this hotel for our weekend Disney trip with our family and when we entered both rooms they smelled like mold and in one room the AC did not want to turn on. The front desk switched us to another room but that one smelled even worse. The rooms are outdated and were not very clean. We all suffer from allergies and we were immediately sneezing after being there for 5 minutes. The carpets in the hallway had stains everywhere. The hotel is cheap but honestly not worth it. We had to cancel the rooms and book another hotel that same night. The front desk was very accommodating and professional but the cleanliness of the hotel is extremely bad.

Could hear water leaking from the roof on the top floor. The shower rods to hold the curtains were coming lose. The hotel didn't have any roll away beds even though the website said they do. Had to change hotels our last night.
