This is a wonderful show! the crowd was engaged and participating throughout the show. My 2 daughters (7 and 5) couldn't have had a better time. They were clapping and laughing the whole show. The food was ok, and the service was outstanding. Will definitely be going again!

"Kids Loved It"
January 2019
We all loved the show. We wish (for the kids sake) that there had been a bit more animal action and a little less singing, but we really enjoyed the view. The amount of food served is staggering, so make sure you are hungry! Overall a great show!

I have to agree with all of the reviews previous to mine. We got there about 3:30 because we didn't know where it was. It was easy to find. We picked up our tickets and went inside to wait in the air conditioning. It was in the 90's outside. We had been sitting but when the ticket ladies showed up, we joined the line so we could get a good seat for the preshow. Those guys were really entertaining and talented. We didn't know what to expect for dinner as I didn't read the reviews. My friend told me they didn't give you silverware so I was surprised to see a fork. Your ticket gets you a section but the seats are first come first served. The man that came after we were seated must have been 300 pounds so my husband was very squished since the seating is tight anyway. The food was really good even though it comes out one part at a time. The entertainment was phenomenal...the riding, dancing, interaction with the crowd. I'm so glad we went to this show.

Tips if you go: I read other reviewers here and it was very helpful for our visit. We had a 6:00 show, and told to arrive around 4:30. The gate didn't open until 5, but at least on this 90 degree day, we were inside. Then you go down a short Hall and to your left you enter the picture taking area. If you do not want your picture taken and then later during the meal/show, then just firmly say "no pictures" and they will let you go through one of the picture areas as soon as the people in there are done. The preshow starts at 5:15. Ok, here you should go up to the second floor. If you take the elevator, when the door opens, across the room you will see a curtain, see photo. This is the place you will enter for the show, so make your way here at least 15 minutes before the show starts. There is a tv up there where you can see the preshow. Make sure you use the restroom before you go in, or at least before you are seated. It is hard to get out to go after you slide down the bench to your spot, unless you are lucky enough to get the end. Now you are ready for your meal and show. The show was nice and entertaining, however, I would have preferred to have my meal during the preshow, as you miss some of the show as you are eating in dim light. We got only a fork to use. The wait staff keeps your drinks replenished and delivers each item separately. The comedy is good too, maybe makes the show, photo shows goofy guy as a chicken. After the show, there is only one way out, so just be patient or as I read in a review, leave after you pass the flag. At that time, the show is basically done.

"Worth a visit"

Both the show and pre show were really good fun and very entertaining. The price was reasonable. Food was good but as it is mass catering it’s never going to be exceptional. A few little things would have helped in my opinion, a knife to help cut the chicken, pork and potatoes. Trying to eat a whole chicken with only a fork is a little difficult and then keeping the same fork for main and dessert wasn’t ideal. Back to the positives I think this will appeal to all ages and is suitable for all, our 2 year old sat through and loved the show. Very glad we went but not not sure I’d go again if I was back in town.

Had read so much about this show and flew in from Germany for just one day. I must say the whole experience was well worth it, from beginning to end. We had booked our tickets months ago and picked them up a few hours prior to the show. We enjoyed non alcoholic drinks and the band before entering the arena. All seats there are remarkably good. We had booked the best category. Even though my expectations for dinner were low, I must say, that it was all done pretty well and the roasted chicken was delicious. The show was amazing, entertaining and flawless. We got what we came here for. Worth every bit of the effort we made!
