My wife and I were vacationing with our son and his girlfriend, visiting Austin for the first time. This was the 5th Segway tour for my wife and I, and first our son and his SO. This tour was up there with the best we have taken. Sam was a wonderful guide, and the X2 Segways are much more comfortable than the I2s. You are able to cover so much ground in a short time on these things, and having a local share their insights along the way is invaluable. Highly recommended!! Ask for Sam!

I’ve been in Austin 3 days now and so far nothing beats this. Sam was the perfect guide: knowledgeable, safe and fun! The equipment was so good. The route was varied and scenic. I loved everything about it. I wouldn’t change a thing except that I want to be one of Sam’s best friends!!

"Great Segway Tour"

Austin is a great city for a Segway tour and Transport Yourselfnis the company to go through. Privately owned by a charming couple, Transport Yourself is a breeze to book through. They respond quickly and are super kind and helpful. Our segways were to top of the market with comfortable suspension (could off road with these tires) which made for a smooth ride. We were not sure how hard it would be to ride but the brief tutorial by our guide Sam answered any questions and he was right there to help as we learned. He gave a great tour. I never felt that we were rushing against a clock. He gave us time and space to get off and explore the capital and had a smile the whole time. Great experience!!!

I planned a trip for eleven people that came from out of town to visit Austin. All communications with Charlie and his wife were professional, engaging and efficient. We were met at a park close to our hotel with the 11 Segways we needed. The machines were like Segways on steroids compared to what I have experienced with other operators in other cites. Sam our tour guide was perfect for our group. He had great knowledge of the city and built the tour around our requests. He was entertaining and was very focused on everyone in the group. We had experienced riders and five that had never been on one before. Sam did an excellent job of training everyone so there was great comfort and confidence for all before we started out on our adventure. All loved the experience and we continued to talk about it the rest of our time in Austin. The experience was clearly a highlight of our time in Austin.

"LOVED OUR SEGWAY TOUR"

We love our Segway experience. Booking and working with the owners was easy and pleasant. The segways are x2 segways with large tires and suspension making for a smooth easy ride. Our guide, Sam, was courteous, funny, kind, and very accommodating. We will definitely do this again. It was our first time, but Sam taught us well. The tour itself was a fun way to see Austin and it led our dinner choice later that night. Thanks!!!
